Is your media preference film or digital?
All wedding photographs are digital with a 12.8 mega pixel for amazing clarity and detail.
How many photographers do you work with?
Wedding proof albums start at about 275 to 400 4x5 images.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Jeff Jones will be the photographer covering your wedding from start till the end of the reception.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I have 2 other professional photographer in case some unforeseen incident may occur.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have 2 cameras with me at all times to cover the event.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes I have a backup camera in case of a malfunction.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Wedding packages are for the day with no hourly time limits.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No breaks are taken during the event.
Do you charge for travel?
I have no gas or mileage charges for my photography services.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
The wedding proofs online are ready 5 days after the wedding. The proof album is 7 days after the wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
The proofs are 4x5 and are in a wedding album with your choice of colors and cover designs.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
I have 2 copies of the images and are stored in a safe environment forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
All the images are copyrighted and may not be reproduces by anyone except Jeff Jones Photography.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes I may use your wedding images for advertising of upcoming events.
Will images be available for viewing online?
The online wedding gallery will be open for 1 year after the wedding for no additional charge.
What kind of albums do you offer?
The proof albums are a choice of three styles. The large wedding albums have the classic white, black,other colors also are available.
When will the client get the final album?
Large wedding albums have a 2-3 week turnaround time.
