Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Absolutely. No matter what the lighting condition of the church or venue, JoAnna and I are prepared to capture breathtaking images.

Is your media preference film or digital?

100% digital. Isn't everyone now?

How many photographers do you work with?

There are two of us. JoAnna and I will both be with you on the day of your wedding getting a great variety of different angles.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, 100%.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No. We only do one wedding per day. Once you book us for your event, we are dedicated to you for that entire day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We bring it all - multiple Canon SLR camera bodies, flash units, memory cards, tripods and light stands, a variety of high end lenses, wireless flash triggers for the formals, etc,.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely. We have a full line of backup gear that comes with us to every event.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Full day. We can do hourly if you prefer, but most of our clients hire us for the entire day of the wedding.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Most of the time meals are provided with a 15 minute break during the reception. We shoot on average 8-12 hours on a wedding. Having that 15 minute break allows us to maintain our creativity and finish strong.

Do you charge for travel?

Our prices include travel fees in most cases.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Between 2-3 weeks, if not sooner.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

We upload all of your wedding images to a password protected online gallery for all of your friends and family to view.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The images are online for one full year. A high resolution image DVD with a signed copyright release will be provided to the client 2-3 weeks after the wedding.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

The client is provided with a signed copyright release. The images are yours to keep.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes - for our website, blog and other various marketing purposes. If you do not wish to allow that, it's perfectly fine.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Yes, 100%.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes - Your images will be uploaded to our password protected online photo gallery.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We are proud to provide beautiful, flush mount, handmade, Italian wedding albums. We offer a very large selection of colors, leathers, and album covers. You'll love them, we guarantee it!

When will the client get the final album?

Typically about 1-2 months after the wedding date, depending on how many changes you prefer to make once we deliver the initial album layout to you.
