Absolutely, most of my weddings are performed either on one of St John USVI's fabulous VI National Park beaches, historic ruins or private villas. I also work with Caneel Bay and Westin St John.
 
Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?
I send all of my couples sample ceremonies as well as a wedding workbook. They can either choose a ceremony or create one of their own. Your ceremony is "yours" as it should be
 
Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?
Yes, I love it when couples write their own vows
 
Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?
No, I provide a 98 page wedding workbook to help them choose exactly the words that reflect them as a couple and what they are desiring to promise each other
 
Do you require that premarital counseling be done?
No, I would encourage it but not require it
 
Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?
If I am coordinating their wedding as well as officiating yes, if I am just officiating no.
