What kind of music do you use?
We use laptops to professionally record the actual music being played during your dances and events. Relying on camera microphones and tapes is not enough for us. Perfection can only be achieved by recording the music through a direct wire, not a microphone.

Why is editing included in the video costs? Why not just record onto a DVD?
Editing adds appeal and interest to your wedding video that raw footage cannot capture. To put it in relation with motion pictures, if movies were not edited, usually no one would want to watch them. Besides, with multiple cameras, editing is always essential. Similar to the boring home video cliché, no one wants to fast forward through a video and just watch the good parts. We take each camera’s best scenes and make an enjoyable and emotional documentary of your event.

Know your videographer very well and make sure to get everything in writing.

Clean Audio is the most difficult thing to capture, NOT video, ask questions about their audio equipment.

Be aware of videographers that ask for FULL payment upfront before your wedding. Editing takes a while and full payment should not be expected for only shooting your wedding event because most of the work is after filming.

Good videographers can offer a full documentary of your Ceremony with clean audio, not just a flashy video with effects of certain clips or highlights. Professional videographers should record all of the audio to a laptop or sound recording device. Be aware if your videographer does not, because this might show that they have limited editing experience.
