Congratulations on your recent engagement! This is such a wonderful time in your life! Choosing the site for your wedding reception is an important decision and here at the Hilton Garden Inn, we strive to make this day the special day you have always dreamed of!

Our banquet and catering staff will provide unparallel service on your wedding day to ensure that you and your guests only worry is having a great time. From our exquisite menus, to our lavishly decorated ballrooms, to our state-of-the-art audio visual equipment that will help make your day extra special, we are dedicated to personalizing every wedding to your unique style.

We offer 3 ballrooms…

1. Illini Ballroom– 7,080sq ft seats up to 400 at rounds of 10
2. Chief Illiniwek Ballroom – 6,360 sq ft seats up to 300 at rounds of 10
3. Alumni Room – 4,800 sq ft seats up to 200 at rounds of 10 (Ceiling height 9’6")

There is a minimum purchase for Saturday night rentals of $7,000 (in food only) for The Chief Illiniwek Ballroom and the Illini Ballroom and a minimum purchase of $3,500 (in food only) for the Alumni Room.

Once you have met the minimum food purchase there is no rental fee for set-up, standard linens, table-wear, mirrors, vases, or clean-up of the room. Our linen choices for your round tables are white or ivory and the choices for the skirting of your head table, cake table, DJ table, and gift table is black or gold. We also have an extensive array of specialty linen available for those brides who prefer a more personalized look.
