We highly recommend Flowers by Vickie. Vickie responded to all of our requests and changes (and there were quite a few! :) ) in a very friendly, helpful, and timely manner. She made BEAUTIFUL arragements! Everyone complimented on how pretty my bouquet was. She is very reasonable on her prices and willing to work around a budget. All of our expectations were exceeded.
