I do one wedding a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I always have back up.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I have options for both.

I would be available for overtime I book one event per day. Overtime charge is $250.00 per hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

3 to 4 weeks.

Hard cover Proof magazine with 4 to 6 images per page.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

yes, I use www.pictage.com.
