Lou K. is fabulous! We could not recommend him enough! We have not yet seen the final video but a combination of the sneak peaks and all the effort that went into the weekend and the entire months leading up to the wedding, compelled us to post this review a little bit early. Lou came to NYC (from FL) to have an 'interview' in Central Park for our wedding video and then even offered to come to our Friday night rehearsal to capture the entire weekend. All of which was above and beyond the Sat. day/night wedding activities. He was always on time (even early), responsive, and eager to help with any request we had. What we especially appreciated, is that he spent so much time getting to know us that it truly felt special and allowed us to feel relaxed that he just "gets it". We can't wait to see the final product and know that he will continue to exceed our expectations as he has done with this entire experience.
