I hired NickFlicks Films for a surprise proposal at the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Capturing one of the most important moments of our lives required professionalism, discretion, and flawless execution, and Joel and his team delivered on all three.

From the beginning, communication was exceptional. Joel was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made the planning process effortless. Just hours before the proposal, the resort informed me that additional paperwork was required for third-party vendors. It was an unexpected complication, but Joel turned around everything the resort needed in less than an hour and helped ensure the proposal went forward without a hitch.

On the day of the proposal, Alex was outstanding. He somehow managed to remain completely unnoticed while perfectly capturing the anticipation leading up to the proposal, the proposal itself, and the genuine reactions that followed. His ability to blend into the environment while documenting such an emotional moment was truly impressive. He was professional, personable, efficient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire photo session.

After the proposal, Alex guided us through several beautiful indoor and outdoor locations around the resort, allowing us to capture a variety of stunning photographs while still getting us to our dinner reservation on time. The entire experience felt relaxed, organized, and fun.

The final photos were delivered quickly, the pricing was straightforward, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Friends and family have been incredibly impressed with the images, and we now have memories that we will treasure forever.

We couldn't have asked for a better videographer for our wedding! The team at Nick Flicks was friendly and so easy to work with from start to finish. We honestly gave little to no direction and they just knew exactly what to capture, a great eye for the important moments. They beautifully captured our ceremony and even included drone shots of the venue, which added such a special touch to our film. We used NickFlicks for our wedding and couldn’t be happier. From the first message they were kind, detailed, and so helpful. We knew we wanted a videographer for long form video of the day but got help understanding the different styles of video and packages that would work best. We also got add ons with the package where we chose drone content and to receive the raw film after from the day. The drone content was beautiful our guests were so excited to see it in action and the raw footage is something we couldn’t be more pleased to have. To have the moments of our guests giving interviews or interacting is something I know we will look back on for years to come and cherish. I absolutely love and would recommend those add ons if possible.
Leading up to the wedding they were beyond helpful and had a call to hear all about our vision and asked intentional questions about what we wanted and didn’t want. The day of, the videographer Tuan was prompt and immediately set up and walked around the venue to get footage. He was personable and asked about shots we wanted with the drone. He was a great balance of capturing moments as they were and providing guidance on shots to set up and capture. We received all the video files about 8 weeks after our wedding and we were so happy with them. We had one edit request to change one of the songs and the response so helpful and quick asking for suggestions on what we wanted and so easy to work with on that edit.
Overall we are beyond happy with the personable, genuine, and professional work of the team from first message through receiving the videos. Would absolutely recommend- we cherish these videos so much and they are such a special keepsake from the day.

My husband and I got married in an intimate ceremony with close loved ones in 2023. Joel was our videographer. We could not be more pleased with his service and the quality of his work. He was very responsive and communicative through the entire process and we do not regret investing in this service. Thanks to him, we will relive that day together along with our family for the rest of our lives! Could not recommend him enough!!

Joel was extremely responsive from the first contact to the last. He was on time, prepared, and took over a thousand photos and promptly forwarded us the raws. We had the edits in a few more weeks -- more of them than he promised -- and they are beautiful. He did a great job composing the photos, capturing them, and post-processing them. I recommend him without reservation, he was great!

Joel was a great vendor to work with! He was professional and discretely captured my wedding day. I loved the resulting video that he produced. And I only had to wait a few days after the wedding to get it! Very impressed!
