We used NickFlicks for our wedding and couldn’t be happier. From the first message they were kind, detailed, and so helpful. We knew we wanted a videographer for long form video of the day but got help understanding the different styles of video and packages that would work best. We also got add ons with the package where we chose drone content and to receive the raw film after from the day. The drone content was beautiful our guests were so excited to see it in action and the raw footage is something we couldn’t be more pleased to have. To have the moments of our guests giving interviews or interacting is something I know we will look back on for years to come and cherish. I absolutely love and would recommend those add ons if possible.
Leading up to the wedding they were beyond helpful and had a call to hear all about our vision and asked intentional questions about what we wanted and didn’t want. The day of, the videographer Tuan was prompt and immediately set up and walked around the venue to get footage. He was personable and asked about shots we wanted with the drone. He was a great balance of capturing moments as they were and providing guidance on shots to set up and capture. We received all the video files about 8 weeks after our wedding and we were so happy with them. We had one edit request to change one of the songs and the response so helpful and quick asking for suggestions on what we wanted and so easy to work with on that edit.
Overall we are beyond happy with the personable, genuine, and professional work of the team from first message through receiving the videos. Would absolutely recommend- we cherish these videos so much and they are such a special keepsake from the day.Nick Flicks's reply:

My husband and I got married in an intimate ceremony with close loved ones in 2023. Joel was our videographer. We could not be more pleased with his service and the quality of his work. He was very responsive and communicative through the entire process and we do not regret investing in this service. Thanks to him, we will relive that day together along with our family for the rest of our lives! Could not recommend him enough!!

Joel was extremely responsive from the first contact to the last. He was on time, prepared, and took over a thousand photos and promptly forwarded us the raws. We had the edits in a few more weeks -- more of them than he promised -- and they are beautiful. He did a great job composing the photos, capturing them, and post-processing them. Where do I even begin? Our wedding day was the most magical day of our lives, and a huge part of that magic was thanks to Joel. From the very first moment we met, we knew we had made the perfect choice.

Every couple dream of a perfect day, and we were no exception. We however never thought that a videographer would capture moments, we would have other wised missed. Joel (Nick Flicks) was exceptional, he was the icing on our perfect day. He captured all those special moments, we would have otherwise missed. Thank you Joel. The drone capturing the water, the hotel and balcony was absolutely stunning. You made our day, and we will be forever grateful.

Took forever to send video and when he finally did the video was ruined and now making excuses. Even misspelled my name in the into wording. Uploaded a photo as you can see the misspelling. My name is spelled Erick not Eric. Update**** a year and a half later threatening to sue me over this review. I will not take it down.Nick Flicks's reply:
Hi Erick, We've delivered and completed your wedding per your approval. My name is not nick. Its Joel. So while you complain about misspelling names you wrote the wrong one. We are not suing you. Weddingwire caught several spam notices flagged by your account.
We typically return films between 4-10 weeks during season depending on travel and editing. You apologized for your outbursts and "loved" the film in your communication with us.
