It is all about the Bride & Groom and my style as a Professional Wedding DJ is to Play Great Music, Emcee when needed for event's & announcement's and make everything run smoothly!!
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?
No!
What is your usual attire?
Tux , unless you want me in different attire!
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
No, I have 90,000 songs and if I do not have a song I will get it unless if is no longer available!

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
Yes! There is an area in our online planning to list song's a Bride & Groom do not want to be played!
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, I bring 2 system's (one is a Back Up!). I have 8 complete systems...because, different Venues have special needs! The average price of one of my DJ Systems is over $100,000.00, giving you and your guests the best in sound and music selections!
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
I offer basic lighting and for an additional price I can provide a complete "Arch Truss" Lighting system that has a Flat Screen with a wireless remote camera...so, guests can watch themselves dance! As a DJ,KJ, Emcee and Game Show Host I have the largest selection of lighting on the Central Coast of California
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
3 hour's to set up for a Wedding Ceremony & Reception as I use special equipment and 2 systems (one for the Ceremony and my main system for the Reception) and 4 speaker's! I do not need a table as my system's are free standing and I do not like the look of a black box on a white table, Bride's & Groom's have spent a lot of money on flowers and other decorations and the DJ Booth should look Great!
Do you have any extra space requirements?
No
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
NO!!
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
I Emcee the Reception and do not talk between song's unless the Bride & Groom request I do so!
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
By playing the right music that will motivate the Guests! My biggest problem is to stop them from Dancing!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
It is always appreciated if the Bride & Groom provide a meal as it is a very long day!
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Music is always playing!
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I have a network of DJ's who are available to cover for me!
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?
NO!!

Yes, if the wedding location is 80 miles from San Luis Obispo
Additional Questions and Answers
Question - At our venue we will have our Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Dinner & Dancing in different locations, can you provide music for all 3 locations? Answer - Yes, I can provide music and a wireless mike for your mininister during your Wedding Ceremony, send music and announcements wirelessly to another location for your Cocktail Hour and provide music & announcements for Dinner and Dancing with my main DJ System! Question - There are several songs we do not want you to play , can we give you a list of them? Answer - In the password secure area for planning on my web site there is an area where you can list the songs you do not want me to play and I will not play them! Question - Can we pick every song played at our Wedding Ceremony & Reception? Answer - Yes, you can pick as many or as few songs as you wish online 24/7 through my web site, however... you may want to let your guests make some requests and give me as a your DJ some opportunity to use other songs to motivate your guests to dance, the decision is entirely up to you! Question - Are you Insured? Answer - Yes, I have special DJ Insurance!
Tips and Advice
Ask your DJ if they will use 4 speakers at your Wedding Reception...two on the floor and two on Stands is what they should use! Two on the Floor give you Bass and two on stands will reach every part of your wedding venue, most DJ’s only use two speakers and if they put them on the floor they will have Bass... however, when your guests are dancing their bodies will block the sound and if they only use two on stands they will not have the Bass..., think of it this way...how many speakers does your car have in it and if you do not know count them and you will find that the more speakers the better the sound!! I spread the sound around the room and never use less then 4 speakers and in larger venues I use 6 speakers with sound processing....do they have sound processing or even know what this is? Ask for a photo of the sound system and speakers that your DJ will use at your Wedding Reception, would you order a car and not see a photo of what you are ordering: There are many Beautiful location’s here on the Central Coast Of California like Beach Resort’s , Wineries and other special venue’s, if you are interested in getting married on the Coast give me a call at 805-461-6741 and I will direct you to some Great Ceremony & Receptions locations!
