Working with Tiphany and Elegant Affairs was the best choice we made in our wedding planning journey. John and I had the best wedding day ever with the help of Tiphany!! She went above and beyond to help make all the details come together day off. We chose the Day of Coordination planning package. My only regret is that we didn’t choose a package that had more support in the early planning phase because all of Tiphany’s ideas were amazing! 😊

Working with Lori and Tiphany was a dream! From the first conversation to the wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Tiphany was so easy to work with, highly organized, and fun to be around! Lori officiated our day and was present all day for wedding coordination. These ladies became instant friends and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire them again. It was a great investment in our day and everything was executed flawlessly.

It is hard to put into words how amazing Elegant Affairs is. We worked closely with Tiphany and she made us feel like the most special bride and groom in the world. Our day was more than perfect because of this team and we are SO grateful! I would not change a thing from our wedding day!

I had the pleasure of working with Tiphany and Lori on my big day (8/25/23). I had met with over a dozen wedding coordinators and Tiphany made me feel the most at ease. Once we had our initial meeting I knew Elegant Affairs would be perfect! I personally am quite a planner and Tiphany recognized that immediately and knew that a day of coordinator was all I needed. I felt heard and not pressured at all which is what I had experienced from other businesses or potential coordinators.

The most challenging part about my wedding was that I had a separate location for the ceremony and reception. That didn't seem to be a concern for Tiphany and Lori. Both of them knew of my venues and had tons of experience working at each location. Lori and Tiphany took the time to complete a full walk through at each venue and were amazing help in asking questions I hadn't thought of. We had a plan A-Z for anything that could've happened.

Lori handled everything at our wedding ceremony venue (Thornewood Castle) and Tiphany handled everything at our reception venue (Pioneer Park Pavilion). I cannot praise these women enough. I got to thoroughly enjoy my wedding day from start to finish without anyone pestering me. These ladies handled EVERYTHING. Lori helped me with an alternative send off and constructed a balloon arch in MINUTES! Lori was amazing during all of the photos and had even worked with our photographer (Jerome Tso) many, many times and knew exactly what he was looking for in each of our shots. While Lori was managing Thornewood, Tiphany was hard at work with another assistant decorating our reception venue. Tiphany handled setup and all of our vendors arrival times. She thought of things that I hadn't and made the reception venue look beautiful.

I am Cambodian and it was incredibly important for my family and I to incorporate our culture and tradition into the reception. Tiphany managed everything that was thrown her way, even if hiccups arose. She wasnt afraid to jump in and make it such a seamless event. Tiphany made sure that I had food, water, lipgloss and everything in between!

I received SO many compliments from our guests about how seamless both the ceremony and reception were. I honestly have no idea how these women kept on our schedule, but they did! We were even AHEAD of schedule mostly and the credit entirely goes to Elegant Affairs. I wish we could do iy all again because of how amazing the day was.

Elegant Affairs was an incredible team to work with on our wedding day. Specifically Tiphany Thomas, who we hired as the day of coordinator. Elegant Affairs, and specifically Tiphany Thomas, have been total life-savers when it comes to coordinating my wedding. I hired Tiphany as my day-of coordinator. Tiphany was prompt in reaching out to schedule meetings with me and my then-fiancé, took full ownership over communication with vendors, provided vendor discounts, helped with a very detailed itinerary, provided expert advice, and did anything and everything I could have hoped for. I truly did not have any tasks on my wedding day other than to enjoy myself. I consider myself a detailed and organized person, and thought I could handle it on my own, but Tiphany truly made my life so much easier when it came to wedding planning.
