Perfect hotel that made our wedding weekend perfect!
Our hotel wedding planner was Ivelina and she was fantastic! We would email each other about once a week and she was always available for a call whenever we needed her. We lived in Tampa so they were very accommodating with us about when we could go see them for the food tasting, walk thru, etc.
The food tasting was amazing - they treated us like rock stars. Mo and his catering team crushed it! Their food is not typical hotel catered food - they source it from Nobu Restaurant!
The weekend of our wedding was so incredibly perfect because of the Eden Roc and the amazing group of vendors that they recommended. We hosted our Welcome party at the lobby bar and it was so much fun (they even had live music!). The day of the wedding, Ivelina, Eli, and her team were amazing - they were always checking on us and made sure everything was FLAWLESS. Even the day after the wedding they were making sure that we were taken care of.
Be VERY nice to the team and they may give you some great perks along the way :)
The only negative experience was the room block reservation which was managed by the reservation team. It seemed that they were disorganized and their systems werent working properly. It caused a lot of calls with them until they finally fixed it. Everything was ok in the end but I had to stay on top of them a ton.
I would recommend this hotel for anybody that is doing a wedding between $70-$100k. It was SO perfect. The Eden Roc made our wedding day SO perfect and we cannot wait to go back!
