Jesmig was incredibly patient with us. We weren't quite sure if we wanted to do it or not, but are so happy we did. She kept popping in every so often to check up on our decision but NOT in an obsessive, give-me-money way. Always very courteous and kind.

Our initial contract was for the wrong product but one email fixed that - she was prompt and polite about fixing anything that needed fixing and answering any questions that arose.

The petals are freeze dried which means they're bio-degradable, and were SO COOL. We hadn't told anyone except our photographer about them so seeing the looks on people's faces was one of our favorite memories from the ceremony.

The cannons were unobtrusive but louder than expected. And they shot rose petals at our guests. So much fun!!!

Light F/X Pros was able to provide a last minute generator rental. They were accommodating to unique venue restrictions and last minute changes. Will work with them again!

Ernie and Orlando are the best in the industry. They have everything under one roof. You must go and see their showroom it is amazing. They did an amazing job at my wedding.

We are a fast growing Local Production company (CooLAM Productions) and we know that Light F/X Pros always have our back from Dry Ice machines and lights to strong projectors, Fire works and what not?! It always comes with the friendliest/Super Professional staff on time and affordable.

We went to pick up wedding sparklers from Light F/X and in conversation found that they could enhance our surprise mascot appearance with a CO2 reveal. It was 3 days before my daughters wedding and we decided this would make the surprise a grand enhancement.
First, they made this happen within a short amount of time and coordinated with the venue. The service they provided was exactly what they said it would be. It was actually more than what they described or we expected. They worked with our DJ, venue staff and handled the surprise flawlessly without any guest disruption. They truly exceeded our expectations and made our daughters wedding an event which our guests can't stop talking about!! These are true professionals and I would most definitely hire their services again!

Ernie is the best! This is the second time I use their services for my event. The first time they did an amazing fireworks show (which people still talk about). This time I used their services for lighting at my wedding. They did bistro lights, interior lighting, dance floor lighting and french lamp posts. Great vendor with no problems. Set up and services exceeded my expectations!

In retrospect, I wish we had worked with this vendor. They were more reasonably priced that most, and super responsive to all questions and wedding plan changes.

We recently booked the services of LightFX Pro for our wedding. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed and saddened with the service in which we received. Light FX Pro was the required vendor by our wedding venue for the cold sparks and the fog/dry ice machine. Prior to booking and the time leading up to our wedding, they communicated and responded quickly and efficiently. However, when we emailed them in regards to an issue that we observed at our wedding, we never received any correspondence back. Though the sparks on the day of our wedding worked well, the issue was with the fog/dry ice machine. Not sure if the machine was malfunctioning/broken or if that is truly the product in which they are providing to costumers but there was very little to no fog at all for our first dance. After emailing and following up about the issue, we have still yet to receive a response. This was about a month ago. It’s so unfortunate and frustrating because we had other options for vendors that provide true quality and impeccable fog machines but because Light FX Pro were required by our venue, we had no other choice. We were so excited about our “dancing on the cloud” moment for our first dance and honestly it was quite embarrassing and disheartening. If you are thinking about using them for your wedding for this particular service, we truly do not recommend and advise to do your research, as you will be extremely dissatisfied.

I had the worst experience with this company, i booked dj and uplights , my event was supposed to start at 6.00 the uplights arrived at 7 so all guest had to wait outside the ballroom for 1 hour until the uplights arrived . Also The worst dj company i could have booked , i send Ernie the owner 1 weeks in advanced the complete song list i wanted them to play at my event not one song the dj played i went up to him several times asking him for the list song i sent the company and he didnt know about it , i wont recommend this company and if you can look for another company for better price and service , you dont want your event ruined as they ruined mine.
