Each print is individually color corrected by an experienced imaging professional and printed on the finest photographic paper to ensure the best quality from the images captured at your special event. We offer black and white, color and sepia with several borders to choose from.

Is your media preference film or digital?
We use a high quality Canon digital for our main source with high quality Minolta 35mm as back-up.
How many photographers do you work with?
We use 2 photographers for all weddings.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee we will be present at your event.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only book 1 wedding per month. We do not book anything else when we have a wedding. Your day is the utmost importance to us.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
In case of an emergency we do have professional back up photographers available.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
The main camera is Canon Digital our backup is Minolta 35mm. We also include a Nikon sure-shot just in case.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We always have back-up equipment. For weddings we always have 2 photographers.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Each package is different for each event, you will need to decide on which one best fits your needs.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Most of out larger wedding pacakges include unlimited time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Only to eat. Pictures are always being taken, we don't want to miss a thing.
Do you charge for travel?
There is no charge for the first 30 miles. After that there is a $50.00 charge with 0.45 per mile.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We offer online viewing and ordering that provides online proofs within 14 days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Pictage ProofBook for larger wedding packages.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
You choose which images you would like in your specified package's proofbook and the book is yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We do retain copyright to the photos and have the right to publish them on our website without names and locations.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. You images may appear on our website or in sample DVD's
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, digital wysiwyg negatives are availble for $500.00
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, through Pictage.
