My name is Constantine (DJ Kahn), and I am an events DJ in Brooklyn, New York. I specialize in blending your tastes with those of your guests to create a party that feels both personal and inclusive. Over 15 years, I have helped couples throw the parties that they envision for themselves.

The process of planning a wedding can be stressful and overbearing; I'd like to help you eliminate some of that stress. When you hire me, you are not just hiring a DJ, but someone that will help you with schedule and logistics, traditions, family expectations, and of course music. With 20+ years of DJing and 15 years of DJing and helping to plan weddings, you can count on me for good, honest advice at every turn.

No matter what style(s) of music you prefer, I can help you build a great dance party and incredible atmosphere from the moment your guests arrive.

Murder on the dance floor!! DJ KAHN CRUSHES IT!!

If you want the most fun wedding hire DJ Kahn- he is INCREDIBLE!! We (& our guests) cannot stop talking about the music and vibe he delivered for our wedding. Con truly listened to what was important to us and over delivered on everything. From sound quality, announcement style, to the actual music it was perfect. He was extremely professional and curated THE BEST cocktail hour and dinner playlists I have ever heard based on our favorite artists. I didn’t think it could get better, and then dancing started. He had every single person out on the floor from start to finish. Extremely grateful for the service he delivered and the kindness and care he brought to our day.

First time seeing my parents dance EVER

DJ Kahn is who I have to thank for getting my shy parents, aunts, and uncles on the dance floor. I have literally never seen them dance before and he somehow got them to dance all night. It was a joy to work with DJ Kahn and Gary through 74Events throughout the planning process because they were so professional and organized. DJ Kahn was recommended to us since he is familiar with working the Prospect Park Boathouse, which can be a challenging venue to DJ due to its shorter setup time and its long layout.

We interviewed multiple DJs in our vendor search and besides being familiar with our venue, what made DJ Kahn stand out to us was his philosophy on how the wedding music is not just a way to make the night fun, but also a way to make guests feel included in the night. Music selection and timing was perfect through ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and when it came time for dancing we could see him play a song and immediately start scanning the dance floor to see the guest reaction. He could immediately read the room and mix to the next song if the crowd wasn’t feeling it. I can’t tell you how many people throughout the night told us we had a great DJ.

Unfortunately I won’t be having another wedding to hire DJ Kahn again so the best I can do is recommend him to engaged couples looking for a DJ who is very professional, who cares an immense amount that your dance floor is packed, and who has the awareness to make it happen.

Amazing DJ for our wedding!!

Constantine was an amazing person and DJ to work with! From the get-go during the planning stage, he was extremely professional and always prepared, and a great communicator. Our wedding had some unpredictable weather events on the day-of, but he graciously handled all the switch ups and was so kind even in the midst of the chaos. We will recommend him to our friends and family without hesitation.

Do yourself a favor & BOOK DJ Kahn — you’ll thank me later!

The overall music vibe & party/dance portion were VERY high priorities for myself and my husband when planning our wedding. When I say our expectations were met and then blown out the water 100x over I am not exaggerating. I would’ve stayed on the dance floor with DJ Kahn in the booth all night long. He mentioned in our first call how reading the room and building the experience throughout the evening is important to him, and that is exactly what he delivered. Our wedding had a wide range of ages and literally everyone was out on that dance floor having the time of their lives the entire evening. We got SO many compliments on how amazing Con was. He played all our must plays, he seamlessly mixed in numerous genres & had a great understanding of not just what we wanted but what would make the atmosphere electric for all our guests. There were no awkward lulls, no flops, just banger after banger. I couldn’t recommend him enough, 1000/10, chef kiss, all the things!!!!!

Highly Recommend!!

DJ Kahn was awesome. Our whole experience with him — from booking and communicating before the wedding to day of — was completely seamless. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and our music preferences, and he ran with what we gave him. I was having trouble choosing a processional song, and DJ Kahn provided some really helpful guidance that led me to choose a meaningful song that was perfect. My fiancé and I, as well as all of our guests had so much fun on the dance floor. I would highly recommend DJ Kahn to any couple, and I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Best DJ in the business

DJ Kahn was absolutely perfect in every way and we would give him our highest possible recommendation!!

Pre-wedding, he was extremely thoughtful and attentive in our discussions and getting to know us, and so we already felt super confident going into the wedding that we were in good hands, asking about our likes and dislikes along with the various friends and family in attendance, making sure everyone felt included.

We weren't prepared for just how amazing he would be live. The vibes were incredible all night, music was played from the moment we entered the venue until the last song, and our whole group was into the dance floor the entire evening, both young and old. We lost count of the number of times we saw friends get excited over a transition from one song people loved to another song they loved even more. And by the end of the night we'd had the majority of the wedding party tell us some variation of YOUR DJ IS KILLING IT!! We are all thoroughly sore from dancing the entire time.

We absolutely loved our wedding and DJ Kahn was the cherry on top to a perfect night.

So much fun!!

DJ Kahn (aka Con) was absolutely perfect. He spent time getting to know us, our vision for the night, and our music style. He had great advice whenever we asked his thoughts on when to play certain songs and the flow of the night. Con even spent time researching music when I just gave him a vague idea of what we wanted.
Our top goal was to have people dancing all night and Con made that happen! The venue said he was the best DJ they've ever had. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how fun it was to dance. I'm so grateful Con DJ'd our wedding, I literally wish he was DJ'ing every party I went to.

Thank you so much!

We happened to have our wedding during a blizzard, but DJ Kahn was amazing to work with start to finish! He made sure we were taken care of despite the circumstances. We did have to cut our wedding short but not before we partied our hearts out. We got so many compliments from family and friends about how perfect the music selection was. We both really appreciated his attention to the overall vibe of our party as it evolved through the night. The part we want to relive the most is the dancing! Thanks to DJ Kahn's expertise he is so capable start to finish. We're so appreciative to you and we're so glad you were our DJ. Thank you for making it a night we won't ever forget! We would recommend DJ Kahn in a heartbeat.

Impressive!!!

It went incredible! and we have actually gotten more compliments on the music of the night than we would have ever thought. This was a 90% hispanic wedding and Kahn knocked it out of the park. The floor was PACKED from the second he started to the minute he left. And what an ending, this will stay etched in our memories forever. We are super grateful to Kahn and his professionalism from ceremony to reception we could not have had a better experience! 100/10 would recommend him with my eyes closed.
