Darla’s photographs have been published by the editors of Vogue, Modern Bride, Glamour and Seventeen magazines. Her client list includes the producers of the TV shows "The Ghost Whisperer", and" The Dog Whisperer" on National Geographic. Her photographic style is high energy with a blend of fine art and life.

and portrait photography. Services include digital imaging, prints, brochures, stock photography, web hosting, albums.
Custom packages are available for commercial and event /wedding clients.

Frequently Asked Questions
How would you identify your photographic style? Editorial, fine art, portrait and photojournalism. I work at matching the style to the client for a custom look.
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning? We offer retouching, sepia, black and white and masking.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations? We have worked in all lighting situations including studio, overcast, dim lighting and we have provided creative lighting for portraits and studio photography
Is your media preference film or digital? Digital.
How many photographers do you work with? Three work with the firm at all times. Each photographer has a degree in photography and has been working in the field of photography for at least 9 years. You may contract one or all three for you event if your date is available.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? You select your photographer from their portfolios. And/or interview with them. Your selected photographer will be your photographer for the day.
In the case of sickness one of our additional photographers will take the contracted photographers place or you may have your deposit back in full.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend? No
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? Yes!
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of? Nikon or Cannon 35 Camera. Additional lighting and back up equipment of every piece of equipment and lense we carry.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes, every photographer carries at least two of every piece of equipement.
Do you charge hourly or full day? By package, day rates or hourly. Depends on the client.
If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime? $200.00 per hour includes additional images and additional editing time.
Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? We would like one but we do not require one and the same for the meal.
How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day? We follow the client, and break if they do. We don't have rules.
Do you charge for travel? Travel is included in our packages up to 120 mile radius. Additional travel is $80 an hour, it includes, mileage and travel time by the photographer.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing? We don't provide proofs we give you actual prints. The timing is four to six weeks. Everything we give back is color and density corrected by Reiger labs.
In what format are the initial proofs offered? 4" x 6' prints, You can order proof sheets with your DVDs at an additional price.
How long can the couple keep the proofs? The prints are theirs to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos? No.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos? We ask for a sign off. We will not publish with out one.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple? Yes
Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery? That is an additional cost to the client.
What kind of albums do you offer? Renaissance matt, Album Crafters, Lighthouse and Picto digtal.
When will I get the final book? 8-10 weeks after they give/ok us their final selection.
How long does it take to deliver a book? 8-10 weeks after they give/ok their final selection
