Do you offer a tasting for potential clients?
Yes we do! Free of charge for up to 4 guests, with a customized menu in our newly renovated tasting room. Clients will be pre-qualified prior to scheduling a tasting to ensure that Culinary Concepts is a good fit for your needs.
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake?
Yes, we work with a wonderful local bakery and coordinate the design of cakes for all of our clients, when desired. Butter Creme or Fondant, Chocolate of Vanilla, whatever your heart may desire!
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee?
No cake cutting fee! All of our menus include cake plates and forks, as well as cake cutting services.
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?
We are not licensed to provide alcohol, however, many of our brides prefer to provide their own alcohol and have us serve it for them. Also, many locations around town have required beverage providers, who we love partnering with!
Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?
No corkage fees! We will bill for bartender labor, and any bar equipment required (tables, linens, glassware etc.), but there will be no additional charge for corkage
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
All of our menus include china, flatware, linen napkins, coffee cups and saucers, unless otherwise stated. We also provide table linens (both standard and upgraded) in a multitude of colors!
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
Yes, we have a large team of highly trained, professional waitstaff, many who have worked for us for several years. One of the things that we are often complimented on is our friendly courteous staff!
