Our ballroom can hold a maximum of 300 for a seated dinner with a dance floor. We do have additional rooms that we can place people in as well if your guests exceed 300 people. All wedding packages include:

TABC law will not permit alcohol to be brought in from an outside source.
 
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
Floor length (white or ivory) linens, flatware, glassware, accent tables, and skirting are all provided complimentary. Custom overlays, ice sculptures, specialty glasses, etc. are available for a nominal fee.
 
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
The Crowne Plaza Houston West has a dedicated wait staff who specializes in weddings.
