Horrible experience
Unresponsive, we have been wanting to push our wedding date to 2021, and we are unable to because of this hotels unresponsiveness. Many people in the Houston area who have had 2020 weddings planned have easily worked with their venues to push dates. Hyatt Regency has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and has been lying about dates for 2021 that they have available. They are prioritizing all 2021 clients and is pushing 2020 clients to the side who are worried. Would not recommend. Find any other Houston venues/hotel. This is not a good hotel to work with. Covid has already destroyed my wedding and this hotel is making this the worst experience of my life.
