Jordan Grand Ballroom is perfect for a larger reception, as this luxurious ballroom can accommodate up to 480 of your family and friends. The A. Dezavala Ballroom is complete with warm accents, an open space, contemporary chandeliers, and 12-foot ceilings. This smaller, but equally elegant, ballroom space can fit up to 400 guests on your big day. If you are seeking a more intimate setting, the B. Coleman room can accommodate up to 100 guests, an it is divisible into two rooms, allowing you to host a smaller gathering of up to 50 of your closest family and friends.

You can book a certain number of guests rooms, and then let your guests secure their own rooms either online or by phone. You will have a Group Code provided to you on your event conformation, which your guests will use to secure their rooms. You can also use the Guest List Manager to view, add, change, or cancel reservations for your group. With this easy-to-use feature, you can book reservations on behalf of your guests, check room counts and cancellations, and look at which of your guests has booked their own room.
