Hotel Saint Augustine is a beautifully designed hotel and wedding venue in Houston, Texas. Located in the Montrose area, which Texas Monthly once dubbed the "strangest neighborhood east of the Pecos," Hotel Saint Augustine serves as an artful entryway to the city. This 7.5-square-mile neighborhood is the cultural epicenter of Houston, offering some of the best in art, food, and nightlife.

At the nexus of the Montrose district sits Hotel St. Augustine. Located directly adjacent to the Menil Collection’s Drawing Institute, it is home to 71 hotel rooms and suites, a restaurant, a small event space, an intimate lobby bar, and a cloistered circular courtyard pool. The interior design is a collaboration between Bunkhouse and the New York-based, award-winning studio Post Company. It takes inspiration from the subtle balance of dichotomies in the Museum District and in Houston itself–historic and modern, contemporary and classical, a love of history and a forward-thinking sensibility. It had always been part of Dominique deMenil’s master plan for the museum campus to include a small hotel, and while Hotel Saint Augustine isn’t directly affiliated with the Menil Collection, the property does seek to engender her original vision.
