Enjoy Downtown Lancaster’s newest luxury boutique hotel.  Carefully preserved to retain its original spirit, our historic Cork Factory Hotel property has been beautifully converted to feature 75 guest rooms with 8 luxury suites and more than 6000 square feet of event and meeting space. A unique combination of venue space, including a 5225 square foot ballroom and outdoor terrace and a 985 square foot Assembly Room, provides exciting options for distinctive and memorable events.

BALLROOM: VINTAGE CHIC
Cork Factory Ballroom, opening Fall 2009,is a unique venue offering 5225 square feet of flexible event space. The ballroom features brick walls, exposed wood rafters, large brick fireplace, wooden dance floor, black chiavari chairs, rustic chandeliers and a large covered terrace overlooking the restored cork factory.

ASSEMBLY ROOM: WELCOMING SPACE
The Assembly Room is a 985-square-foot meeting space neighboring the hotel lobby and Cork & Cap (opening early 2010). This earth-toned meeting room features exposed brick walls and can be customized and arranged for the benefit of your guests.
