Is your media preference film or digital?
All photography is done in digital!
How many photographers do you work with?
Our company currenly has two photographers.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
One wedding per day is our company policy. We do book more than one wedding a weekend if they are local.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we have two photographers.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Camera, lighting (if needed), backdrops (if needed), back up equiptment!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We do have back-up equiptment in the event of a malfunction.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our packages include 4 hours of photography time (Platnium and Elite Packages are 6 hours). After the alloted time, we do charge hourly for extra photography time!
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Extra photography time is $100-$150 per hour!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
There are no actual breaks, except for the short meal break in packages that exceed 4 hours.
Do you charge for travel?
There are no travel fees for Virginia and Pennsylvania. Other states will incur a minimal travel fee!
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Our company policy is 5-8 weeks, turn around time for your proofs are usually quicker than that!
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We will place the proofs on the web!
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The couple may keep the proofs.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We do retain the copyright of the photo's unless purchased.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, all packages recieve a CD of all the edited photos!
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer hard bound coffee table books at an additional charge.
When will the client get the final album?
4-6 weeks after prints are choosen!
