Gclef is great to work with and very flexible. We most recently did a wedding that had some quick location changes due to very bad rains and without a thought facilitated the changesto accomodate our needs for the bride and groom. I would recommend him.

Beauty and Health Details
Do you travel to the client on the day of the wedding? If yes, is there a fee? Yes, we will travel to the client on the wedding day. We require a mimimal of $350 in beauty services to travel to your on site location.
Do you charge for trials? Yes, a nominal fee.
How many customers can you serve at one time, if a bride were to book her entire bridal party? In most cases, 2 at a time
How far in advance should wedding clients make reservations? As far ahead as possible. We find brides and clients booking months in advance.
DJ Details
Describe your DJ style: Professional, classy and upscale.
How many other DJs do you work with? We have 10 staff members total. Our team consists of MC's, DJ's, a KJ, Motivational Dancers and a Hair and Make Up Artist.
Do you have replacement DJs in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? Yes, we have staff that is briefed every week as to what events are going on and where everyone has to be on that upcoming weekend. We have backup staff members ready to go on standby.
Do you specialize in any ethnic and/or international events? No, we cover all genres of music from the 1940s to the present.
Is the bride able to meet the DJ before booking? Absolutely! We are able to schedule a free no obligation consultation.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the couple, do you require that they provide it? We go over music selections prior to the event and we will have everything requested for the big day.
What is your usual attire? Trendy formal black.
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? Yes. We offer basic lighting as well as specialty lighting. i.e. Gobo with name in lights. We also offer fog and bubble machines.
What is your minimum amount of time you will DJ for? 3 hours.
Do you usually emcee the reception and/or talk between songs? We will emcee the reception but we don't talk between every single song. We talk when it is appropriate. We don't over do it.
Do you take any breaks? No.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks? Music is always played during your event between the hours that you schedule us for.
Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? No.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site and/or couple provide a table for you to setup on? We arrive one hour prior for set up. We provide our own DJ booth.
Do you have any extra space requirements? Depending on the setup....for example our Platinum setup will require more room than our Silver setup.
What is your overtime rate? $200 per hour.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? Depending on the distance. If event is in Central Fla area there is no extra charge.

What is a motiavtional dancer?
A motivational dancer is a dancer (assistant) that encourages your guests to have a good time on the dance floor. The dancer is not there to "showboat" or act obnoxious, but adds a nice touch to the party. They assist the guests with line dances and group particaption. They help make the party more interactive.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are. We are licensed and carry $2,000,000 in liabilty insurance.

When choosing entertainment for your wedding, don’t make a decision based solely on price. Take experience and presentation into consideration. Remember, better costs more. The entertainment at your reception will be remembered, so choose wisely! You will get what you pay for!
