Developing his own style Vesh has designed his menus and Food Stations around local fresh produce, hormone/pesticide free meats and fresh seafood from the local market’s he creates freshly prepared foods that are healthy and nutritious and at the same time environmentally sound. Vesh has proven that great food can be prepared using the plentiful seasonal ingredients.
