How many photographers do you work with?
Camryn & Ben work together most of the time, however if we need a 3rd or 4th photographer we will bring them.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We do not book more than one wedding in a day, but we do 2 to 3 on a weekend at times starting on Friday.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Camera, lighting, computer and projector if we are running a slide show, photo booth, if in your package.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. Ben and I both have back-up camera's
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We can do either depending on the bride and grooms preference.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
not many...if any...Cant miss anything!
Do you charge for travel?
It is included in the pre-negotiated price.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4 to 6 weeks during the busy season. I have had them in as little as a few hours for a very small wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
On-line
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No that is included in the package.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
