Sage Nines are nothing short of rockstars at what they do!! When we first started interviewing planners we were really down because it felt like we were going to have a very cookie cutter wedding. Then we met Meredith and Shannon :)

From the beginning they made it clear that our wedding was going to feel uniquely us and they were there to make the process as stress free as possible and bring our vision to life. We worked with them in a project management tool and they would space out our decision making so every part of the process felt fun!

Shannon's focus is on the creative. She designed our custom invitations, created beautiful flower arrangements with the exact shades we wanted, and even designed a custom iron piece in the middle of our bar that we could hang greenery from. It was beyond incredible.

Meredith is detail and business oriented. She took care of all of the contracts, budget, etc (the not always fun part of wedding planning!) and was so on top of everything. Even when things went wrong beyond their control such as our venue's fountains were broken - I asked her about it and she said she had already been in touch with the venue and they were working to bring in a part from abroad. She is always nine steps ahead!!

They each bring an incredibly strong set of skills that differ from one another - and together they make the perfect team. In the end our wedding was beyond our dreams. It was beautiful, cohesive, polished, and most importantly - us! None of their weddings are the same.

My new husband and I can not say enough wonderful things about the wonderful ladies behind Sage Nines! Meredith and Shannon did an INCREDIBLE job planning our wedding on February 16, 2014. Though we were involved throughout the entire process of planning, Meredith and Shannon created an event that was beyond breathtaking - they truly crafted a wedding that went far and beyond our expectations and imaginations. Every little detail - from the custom-made wedding logo to the beautifully decorated tables to the pizza delivered to our littlest guests in the babysitting room - was handled with care and precision. The vendors recommended to us were truly top-notch, and our big day came together absolutely perfectly.

I could write for days about the talents and abilities of the women behind Sage Nines, but what impressed me the most was how much each of them truly cared for us throughout the process. It was important to both Meredith and Shannon that we get exactly the wedding we wanted - they listened carefully to our concerns and questions, gave 'sage' advice, and provided boosts of moral support whenever necessary. There were many days when we were ready to give up and elope, and magically, Meredith and Shannon helped to make it all better. We are so grateful to them for everything, and felt their love surrounding us and our guests throughout our entire wedding weekend.

Bottom line: Sage Nines will absolutely create an event your guests will always remember. More importantly, long after the event is over, YOU will always remember the love and care they showed you along the way. There's no gift more special than that! We are very thankful for our chance to work with these very special and fantastic women.

This review will not do justice to all that Meredith and Shannon did to make my wedding day amazing, but I will try my best.

When I was first engaged, I found myself quickly overwhelmed by the short timeline we were working with (6 months), and the amount of things that needed to be accomplished in that time. I should mention that although Meredith and Shannon are based in Nashville, I am a Northern Virginia girl. Not only that, but I chose to get married in Central Virginia, so it was an area unfamiliar to all of us. Despite the fact that Meredith and Shannon were unfamiliar with the locale and vendors, Meredith wowed me from the get-go by her thorough research and development of relationships with vendors near my venue. Ultimately she found the absolute best vendors, and on top of that, managed to negotiate prices like a champ.

I am a worrier by nature, and I have a great ability to get myself stressed about ridiculous things. Not once in the entire wedding planning process did I find myself worried or stressed. In fact in the final two weeks leading up to the wedding, I kept wondering if something was wrong for the fact that I wasn't stressed, and because I wasn't hurriedly trying to get things done....because everything was done!

Our wedding day was a dream. Meredith and Shannon did an unbelievable job decorating the venue, and then making sure that everything went as planned. I was free to enjoy the time with my new husband, family and friends. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received and am still receiving about how beautifully executed the day was, down to the smallest detail.

I've just gotten back from an unforgettable honeymoon, but I am still floating around thinking about our wedding day. Looking back at the whole experience, I would advise every engaged lady out there to hands down hire Meredith and Shannon, you will not regret it!

Mother of the Bride here giving a BIG shout out to Meredith Zeller, owner Bridal Blueprints. Meredith and her team were exceptional. She did a superb job of keeping things on track, working with my daughter and her fiance who live in D.C.

Meredith is skilled at gaining your confidence and you trust her when she says that everything is going to be great and it was. She recommended top notch vendors and coordinated everything for us. She was fun to work with, great sense of humor, highest level of professionalism, integrity, creativity, resourcefulness.

And whatever my daughter and her fiancé wanted she made happen - right down to having my 6 little grandsons serve as ring bearers. No kidding. And it was priceless.

She kept things moving in a way that made it all look and feel seamless- from our first meeting with her a year ago through the final wrap up. This could not have been a better experience. We enjoyed every single moment of the wedding day- no stress- no kidding. And so many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended and I'm pretty sure they meant it. It was so special in so many ways and Meredith gets most of the credit.

My daughter and her husband went to Hawaii for their honeymoon, and when she called several days later, I asked if Hawaii was amazing, Her response was Iit is Ma, but we are realky still basking in the glow of our wedding." And when folks told me they knew I must be glad it was all behind me, I could honestly say that it was so easy and so fun I would be happy to do it all over again.

So do yourself a big favor and treat yourself to a wedding - or event- by Merdith Zeller. You will be so happy you did. She's the best!

Meredith is one of the most amazing, helpful, wonderful people I have ever met. I live in Memphis, so I didn't know much about any venues or vendors in Nashville. Meredith has numerous contacts in Nashville and was able to connect me with the perfect vendors based on the type of wedding I told her I wanted. Meredith went above and beyond her duties as a wedding planner to make everything go so smoothly and my wedding was the best day of my life because of all her help. On the actual day of my wedding, she had everything planned perfectly and was there to instruct everyone where to go and what to do so my family and I could enjoy the day and not stress out about the logistics. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would for Meredith. She helped me have the perfect wedding and became a dear friend in the process!

Meredith made our wedding day amazing! From all the behind the scenes work to everything she did day of! She was always professional and easy to work with! Plus the results were everything I imagined! She was more then willing to give advice and ideas and always prepared to stay however traditional or out there we wanted! I cannot imagine trying to have our wedding without her! All the vendors she selected were awesome as well! If you are getting married and Meredith is available you would be stupid not to choose her!

Bridal Blueprints made my whole wedding planning experience a blast! I hear of so many brides who are overwhelmed with the whole process and that was not the case at all. I will forever remember how wonderful the Bridal Blueprints team was on our special day!

Thank you Meredith for all your help in making our wedding extra special! Meredith had to jump in half way through the planning process and she played catch up extremely fast.
