  BEST Planners in Nashville!!

  Sage Nines are nothing short of rockstars at what they do!! When we first started interviewing planners we were really down because it felt like we were going to have a very cookie cutter wedding. Then we met Meredith and Shannon :)
  
  From the beginning they made it clear that our wedding was going to feel uniquely us and they were there to make the process as stress free as possible and bring our vision to life. We worked with them in a project management tool and they would space out our decision making so every part of the process felt fun!
  
  Shannon's focus is on the creative. She designed our custom invitations, created beautiful flower arrangements with the exact shades we wanted, and even designed a custom iron piece in the middle of our bar that we could hang greenery from. It was beyond incredible.
  
  Meredith is detail and business oriented. She took care of all of the contracts, budget, etc (the not always fun part of wedding planning!) and was so on top of everything. Even when things went wrong beyond their control such as our venue's fountains were broken - I asked her about it and she said she had already been in touch with the venue and they were working to bring in a part from abroad. She is always nine steps ahead!!
  
  They each bring an incredibly strong set of skills that differ from one another - and together they make the perfect team. In the end our wedding was beyond our dreams. It was beautiful, cohesive, polished, and most importantly - us! None of their weddings are the same.
  
  BEST planners in Nashville and worth it!! Not to mention - a personal delight to work with as well :)

  My new husband and I can not say enough wonderful things about the wonderful ladies behind Sage Nines! Meredith and Shannon did an INCREDIBLE job planning our wedding on February 16, 2014. Though we were involved throughout the entire process of planning, Meredith and Shannon created an event that was beyond breathtaking - they truly crafted a wedding that went far and beyond our expectations and imaginations. Every little detail - from the custom-made wedding logo to the beautifully decorated tables to the pizza delivered to our littlest guests in the babysitting room - was handled with care and precision. The vendors recommended to us were truly top-notch, and our big day came together absolutely perfectly.
  
  I could write for days about the talents and abilities of the women behind Sage Nines, but what impressed me the most was how much each of them truly cared for us throughout the process. It was important to both Meredith and Shannon that we get exactly the wedding we wanted - they listened carefully to our concerns and questions, gave 'sage' advice, and provided boosts of moral support whenever necessary. There were many days when we were ready to give up and elope, and magically, Meredith and Shannon helped to make it all better. We are so grateful to them for everything, and felt their love surrounding us and our guests throughout our entire wedding weekend.
  
  Bottom line: Sage Nines will absolutely create an event your guests will always remember. More importantly, long after the event is over, YOU will always remember the love and care they showed you along the way. There's no gift more special than that! We are very thankful for our chance to work with these very special and fantastic women.

Not only that, but I chose to get married in Central Virginia, so it was an area unfamiliar to all of us. Despite the fact that Meredith and Shannon were unfamiliar with the locale and vendors, Meredith wowed me from the get-go by her thorough research and development of relationships with vendors near my venue. Ultimately she found the absolute best vendors, and on top of that, managed to negotiate prices like a champ.
  
  I am a worrier by nature, and I have a great ability to get myself stressed about ridiculous things. Not once in the entire wedding planning process did I find myself worried or stressed. In fact in the final two weeks leading up to the wedding, I kept wondering if something was wrong for the fact that I wasn't stressed, and because I wasn't hurriedly trying to get things done....because everything was done!
  
  Our wedding day was a dream. Meredith and Shannon did an unbelievable job decorating the venue, and then making sure that everything went as planned. I was free to enjoy the time with my new husband, family and friends. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received and am still receiving about how beautifully executed the day was, down to the smallest detail.
  
  I've just gotten back from an unforgettable honeymoon, but I am still floating around thinking about our wedding day. Looking back at the whole experience, I would advise every engaged lady out there to hands down hire Meredith and Shannon, you will not regret it!

  Mother of the Bride here giving a BIG shout out to Meredith Zeller, owner Bridal Blueprints. Meredith and her team were exceptional. She did a superb job of keeping things on track, working with my daughter and her fiance who live in D.C.
  
  Meredith is skilled at gaining your confidence and you trust her when she says that everything is going to be great and it was. She recommended top notch vendors and coordinated everything for us. She was fun to work with, great sense of humor, highest level of professionalism, integrity, creativity, resourcefulness.
  
  And whatever my daughter and her fiancé wanted she made happen - right down to having my 6 little grandsons serve as ring bearers. No kidding. And it was priceless.
  
  She kept things moving in a way that made it all look and feel seamless- from our first meeting with her a year ago through the final wrap up. This could not have been a better experience. We enjoyed every single moment of the wedding day- no stress- no kidding. And so many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended and I'm pretty sure they meant it. It was so special in so many ways and Meredith gets most of the credit.
  
  My daughter and her husband went to Hawaii for their honeymoon, and when she called several days later, I asked if Hawaii was amazing, Her response was Iit is Ma, but we are realky still basking in the glow of our wedding." And when folks told me they knew I must be glad it was all behind me, I could honestly say that it was so easy and so fun I would be happy to do it all over again.
  
  So do yourself a big favor and treat yourself to a wedding - or event- by Merdith Zeller. You will be so happy you did. She's the best!

  Meredith is one of the most amazing, helpful, wonderful people I have ever met. I live in Memphis, so I didn't know much about any venues or vendors in Nashville. Meredith has numerous contacts in Nashville and was able to connect me with the perfect vendors based on the type of wedding I told her I wanted. Meredith went above and beyond her duties as a wedding planner to make everything go so smoothly and my wedding was the best day of my life because of all her help. On the actual day of my wedding, she had everything planned perfectly and was there to instruct everyone where to go and what to do so my family and I could enjoy the day and not stress out about the logistics. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would for Meredith. She helped me have the perfect wedding and became a dear friend in the process!

  Meredith made our wedding day amazing! From all the behind the scenes work to everything she did day of! She was always professional and easy to work with! Plus the results were everything I imagined! She was more then willing to give advice and ideas and always prepared to stay however traditional or out there we wanted!   Meredith has great ideas and is careful with all the details. She was there every step of the way. When it was time for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception she kept us informed and made sure the activities stayed on track. I highly recommend her wedding planning services!

  Thank you Meredith for all your help in making our wedding extra special! Meredith had to jump in half way through the planning process and she played catch up extremely fast. She is very professional, fun to brainstorm ideas with. Any bride would be lucky to have Meredith as her wedding coordinator!

  I absolutely loved working with Meredith Zeller at Bridal Blueprints. Meredith was my month-of coordinator, but wow did she go above and beyond. She was extremely helpful when it came to selecting quality vendors in the area and getting the vendors to work within my budget.

  Our wedding day would never have come into fruition if it wasn't for Meredith Zeller! Looking back on the day, I can't believe that was my wedding, it was such a dream wedding!
  
  Meredith knew exactly what our budget was, and helped us to stay on track with it. She helped us decide where to cut back and where we should think about spending more. Meredith also helped us find all of our vendors, which was such a blessing because I am the worst wedding planner ever. She was able to get us the best prices for the best value of services, and we were more than happy with the results. The lighting was absolutely fantastic, it helped to create the perfect atmosphere and ambiance. It also made our pictures turn out even more fabulous! The food came from a vendor Meredith suggested, and I am still hearing great things about it to this day! The DJ she found for us played exactly what I asked him to, and I have to say we had quite a memorable dance party at the reception.
  
  We are so happy with how our wedding turned out, and we have Meredith to thank for that. Meredith was always available to answer questions, give us advice, and in all of that she shared in our excitement for the big day. She also listened to us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, she never pressured us, which was really important to me since it felt like everyone always had their own ideas about how my day should be. Meredith always had our best interests at heart. Any bride who gets the opportunity to work with Meredith will have the best wedding ever. She puts all of her heart into each wedding. I know our day would never have been so wonderful if it wasn't for Meredith! We still don't know how we will ever be able to show her how grateful we are for all of her help!

  Our wedding day would never have come into fruition if it wasn't for Meredith Zeller! Looking back on the day, I can't believe that was my wedding, it was such a dream wedding!
  
  Meredith knew exactly what our budget was, and helped us to stay on track with it. She helped us decide where to cut back and where we should think about spending more. Meredith also helped us find all of our vendors, which was such a blessing because I am the worst wedding planner ever. She was able to get us the best prices for the best value of services, and we were more than happy with the results. The lighting was absolutely fantastic, it helped to create the perfect atmosphere and ambiance. It also made our pictures turn out even more fabulous! The food came from a vendor Meredith suggested, and I am still hearing great things about it to this day! The DJ she found for us played exactly what I asked him to, and I have to say we had quite a memorable dance party at the reception.
  
  We are so happy with how our wedding turned out, and we have Meredith to thank for that. Meredith was always available to answer questions, give us advice, and in all of that she shared in our excitement for the big day. She also listened to us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, she never pressured us, which was really important to me since it felt like everyone always had their own ideas about how my day should be. Meredith always had our best interests at heart. Any bride who gets the opportunity to work with Meredith will have the best wedding ever. She puts all of her heart into each wedding. I know our day would never have been so wonderful if it wasn't for Meredith! We still don't know how we will ever be able to show her how grateful we are for all of her help!

  Caroline and Stephen's wedding was more than I ever dreamed that it would be. We were so blessed to have Meredith as our planner. She was delightful to work with. Always calm, friendly, organized and most of all efficient. Meredith was able to locate items, arrange meetings and answer all questions in a positive professional manner that was confident and reassuring.
  I would highly recommend her services to everyone. She made my work much less stressful. I was able to enjoy the day every mother dreams of because of Meredith. I am not necessarily a picky person, just very indecisive, so Meredith was an answer to my prayers during this time. We looked at venues, met with florists, caterers, decorations, linens, and the list goes on. Over the next 10 months Meredith helped me plan my entire wedding and it turned out absolutely perfect!
  
  She was always sending me new ideas, coming up with crafty things to personalize my wedding and was just always there to lend a helping hand. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond for someone else simply because they enjoy doing it and they are a kind hearted person. I could not have asked for a more helpful, reliable, and hands on wedding planner and friend to help plan my big day.
  
  My big day arrived and the weather was not cooperating with us. At 10:00 am it was pouring down rain and violently stormed all day. Despite having several backup plans, the severity of the weather made us have to jump to our absolute last plan. This was definitely a challenge for Meredith because the wedding was supposed to be outside in a garden in front of a big beautiful tree, the backup plan was under a tent, but due to the weather, the rental company wouldn't set it up. Meredith completely handled everything so well and ended up transforming the reception area into the ceremony area. After the ceremony she turned the space back into the reception area all in about 15 minutes. This was something that me and my family could never have handled or taken care of by ourselves.
  
  I am so thankful to have had Meredith as my friend and wedding planner to help me all of the months leading up to my big day and also on my big day. She is such a blessing to me and especially was that day. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner and someone to take care of absolutely every single detail without any stress showing through.

  Meredith did an outstanding job helping me plan my engagement to my wife. I was sooo nervous but we worked together to come up with a plan which turned out to be awesome. She arranged to have photographers hidden in the bushes while my fiance' and I walked to the fountain together. I dropped to my knee right as the sunset and the rest is history. We just celebrated a very happy 1st year wedding anniversary. :)
