How do I place an order?

Can I order a sample of the invitation I want?
Absolutely - as a matter of fact, we encourage it! Ordering samples provides you the opportunity to feel the paper, see the ink and paper colors and examine the print technique in person. Samples are available for all of our wedding invitation designs and cost $2.00 each. Read more about ordering invitation samples here.

Can I see a design in different colors?
Sure! Most of our designs are available in at least 10 ink colors while some designs are available on colored papers. Our Color Preview Tool allows you to preview each invitation in all available ink and paper color combinations. To access the Color Preview Tool, click on the orange "preview colors" button under the product photo on the product page.

What printing process do you use for wedding stationery?
Most of our wedding invitations are printed using the Thermography printing technique. Wedding stationery printed on dark colored papers (for example, Chocolate or Black) are Flat Printed. To find our more about our printing process, click here.

Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes, envelopes are included in the invitation price. Most designs are sold with double envelopes and we also offer a few budget-friendly “Simple Solutions” designs which are sold with single envelopes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipments are sent via FedEx International and all shipments originate from the United States. Find out more about our international shipping here.

Do you offer custom designs?
We do not offer custom design services. Most of the designs in our online boutique (excluding the ’Simple Solutions’ designs) are available with at least two font options and can be printed in one of several ink colors, allowing you to personalize our designs to suite your style.
