Chris Bendet captures weddings in a style that mixes fun and fashionable unposed portraiture with the spontaneous photojournalistic moments of a wedding day.

He believes that each couple is unique and their wedding images should capture the events, emotions and celebration of the day in a unobtrusive
and artistic way.

Chris holds a degree in photojournalism and was an award winning Associated Press photographer asa photojournalist for a large newspaper. He apprenticed with several fashion and lifestyle photographers prior to working for Martha Stewart Living and Hallmark cards
which brought him to Kansas City in 2002.

Bendet Photography is Hot stink! We've been blessed to know Chris and his lovely wife, Dawndy, for a couple of years now. They run a great studio. Their clients love them and they make us (as florists) look good. They are definitely worth checking out.
