Devon Baltimore is the Up Do Specialist. She has been doing hair in the beauty industry for 8 years and with over 450 weddings under her belt she is a master at her craft. Aside from the numerous awards and hair competitions that she has won, working with brides still remains her #1 love.   

Devon completed her first wedding at age 13 and has been conquering the bridal industry ever-since. As a graduate from Paul Mitchell the School she now teaches Up-Do classes and travels nationwide.
