One to three or four depending on what the client wants.

We require a consultation before an event or wedding; at this time if the client wants to meet all of us we can arrange this.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We could to two separate events on a weekend, but never on the same day.
 
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring everything we need to cover a weddding including back up equipment ie.: cameras, tripods, monopods, Stedicam, lighting, and audio equipment.
 
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
At weddings the meal would be included in our contract.
 
Do you charge overtime?
No. We charge by the event.
 
Do you give access to your raw footage?
For a fee.
 
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
We do, but in certain cases when we may be highlighting a minor we do not upload this to the internet if the client does not want us to.
 
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
We like to receive as much input from the client about their needs before the editing process begins. We will do whatever it takes to please the client.
 
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We like to take our time editing a wedding. The creative process takes time. A wedding video will last forever, so we do whatever it takes to maximize our creativity. Our average wedding will be completed one to two months after the wedding, but we reserve the right to take longer if needed.
 
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
We require our basic documentary package to book.
