From the very beginning, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were outstanding. He created such a safe, creative space for us to share our vision and ideas, and from the start, he wasn’t just a planner—he was a true collaborator. Hiring Artisian Events Floral Decor was the GREATEST decision we made! Joey and Shannon are the most creative, patient and kind people to work with. Their whole team was so professional. Every phone call was a delight and they turned our vision into a true fairy tail. Their attention to detail and creativity still has our guests talking about the enchanted evening. Shannon was our lead person and she was prompt with retuning calls and always has a solution. They make you feel like every idea you have is original and fabulous. It was a breath of fresh air. We had the pleasure of working with Artisan for a 1.5+ year engagement, and we truly became like family by the end. Their expertise & professionalism is off the charts, but they also handle everything with such a human touch that always made us feel very seen and like they truly had our backs.

Joey & Shannon struck the perfect balance of hearing our vision out and honoring it, while providing the checks and balances we needed when it came to understanding what was in/out of our budget and what was truly worth it. Some planners might encourage you to do it all as its a business at the end of the day, but not Artisan.

The day-of went flawlessly and they truly run everything like a well oiled machine. What I really appreciated is that 1) they made sure we ATE and had anything available at our fingertips and 2) they made sure we enjoyed OUR day instead of getting caught up in long conversations. My husband and I were afraid we'd barely spend any time together, and Shannon always made sure we found our way back to each other.

It was the perfect day, and I know Artisan played a huge role in that. Flowers, chuppah, decor, vibes - 1000% exceeded our dreams. We are very sad to no longer be in constant communication with Joey & team, but know where to turn to for our vow renewals or next big event ;)

One of the most intimidating parts about planning a wedding is that there are so many decisions to make and little things to do. As a bride or groom, it’s hard to even know what these tasks are, or when they should be done. That’s where Artisan comes in, and is basically a one-stop shop for all your needs. They do floral design, they hire and manage any vendors you don’t want to deal with yourself (including DJ, lighting, photo booth, decor…), and most importantly, they guide the entire weekend so that you can be in the moment and have fun.

Leading up to the wedding day, Artisan tells you exactly which decisions you need to make, what the budget impact is, and when they’re due. And on the day itself, you don’t have to think at all — you just show up and experience it!

A major advantage of working with Artisan is that in addition to the usual logistical support, they also do all the design in-house. This means that the whole look of your wedding is cohesive — from the florals to the menus to the lighting. My wife and I didn’t come into our wedding with all the answers, but Joey and Justin took the time to get to know us, and figured out an aesthetic that we absolutely loved, represented us as people, and incorporated both of our families’ cultures. Our guests remarked how authentically “us” the wedding was.

We had SO MUCH fun at our own wedding, and a big part of the reason we could relax and be present is that Justin and Joey are so organized and reassuring. We truly could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out, and even the process of planning it was fun (which, based on talking to friends, is not the case with all planners!).
