With so many wedding planners and florists out there, I am SO happy we chose to work with Artisan Events! From the very beginning, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were outstanding. They listened carefully to our vision and offered thoughtful recommendations that made everything even better than we had imagined.
Joey and Shannon were there at every step and had great recommendations for vendors. We loved our photographer (@michaelsegalphoto) and the band kept us out on the dance floor all night (@downbeat.agency AM/FM). Their expertise really showed in how smoothly everything came together. And THE FLOWERS! The flowers were absolutely stunning and perfectly matched the style and feel we wanted for the day.
As someone who is very Type A and usually likes to manage every detail, I was honestly amazed at how relaxed I felt on the wedding day. I completely trusted them to handle everything, and they did so flawlessly. Because of that, I was able to truly be present, enjoy every moment, and have the time of my life celebrating with our family and friends. -

We chose Artisan Events and Floral for our wedding and could not have been happier with the outcome. I first heard about Artisan through our venue, and every vendor we spoke with in Palm Desert had nothing but praise for Joey and his team. From start to finish, they were attentive, professional, and polished—consistently exceeding our expectations.
Shannon was our point of contact, and I can’t thank her enough for her honesty, clarity, and practical yet client-centered approach. She guided us through the entire process with ease, grace, and no-nonsense calm—which made all the difference. I trusted her completely.
On the wedding day itself, everything was flawless. Shannon knows her stuff, and I felt confident that things would flow seamlessly—and they did. Artisan was also transparent about style and budget, and when I requested changes, there was never any issue.
Their planning, florals, and organizational skills are truly unmatched. Not only were the florals stunning, but having them oversee the day made it run so smoothly—it was a huge relief.

From the very first meeting with Joey, we knew we had found our match. He created such a safe, creative space for us to share our vision and ideas, and from the start, he wasn’t just a planner—he was a true collaborator. He listened deeply, enhanced our ideas, and brought so much more to the table than we ever imagined. Working with Joey and the entire Artisan team was nothing short of a game changer.
One of the most incredible parts of the experience was that Artisan offers everything in-house: planning, design, rentals, florals—you name it. We didn’t have to manage multiple vendors or play middleman between different teams. We worked only with Artisan, and that made the process not only seamless but actually enjoyable.
I can’t count how many friends asked, “Isn’t planning a wedding so stressful?” And honestly—with Artisan, it never was. We truly enjoyed it. Their guidance, expertise, and calm presence turned something that can often be overwhelming into something we actually looked forward to.
A special shoutout has to go to Shannon—my organizational spirit animal. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Every single minute of the weekend was dialed in with such precision. Thanks to her, I had full clarity on exactly what was happening, when, and how—and even more importantly, I knew it was all in the best hands possible. That kind of trust allowed me to fully let go and just be in the moment. That’s a priceless gift on your wedding day.

Hiring Artisian Events Floral Decor was the GREATEST decision we made! Joey and Shannon are the most creative, patient and kind people to work with. Their whole team was so professional. Every phone call was a delight and they turned our vision into a true fairy tail. Their attention to detail and creativity still has our guests talking about the enchanted evening. Shannon was our lead person and she was prompt with retuning calls and always has a solution. They make you feel like every idea you have is original and fabulous. It was a breath of fresh air. We were lucky to have Shannon with us the whole evening and she was like a magician and kept everything running so smooth. If I looked up there she was. A true angel! They did our Friday evening and Saturday wedding and I would use them again and again! They will exceed your every expectation I promise! -

My wife and I worked with Artisan (Joey + Justin) and had a wonderful experience. We loved working with them!
One of the most intimidating parts about planning a wedding is that there are so many decisions to make and little things to do. As a bride or groom, it’s hard to even know what these tasks are, or when they should be done. That’s where Artisan comes in, and is basically a one-stop shop for all your needs. They do floral design, they hire and manage any vendors you don’t want to deal with yourself (including DJ, lighting, photo booth, decor…), and most importantly, they guide the entire weekend so that you can be in the moment and have fun.
Leading up to the wedding day, Artisan tells you exactly which decisions you need to make, what the budget impact is, and when they’re due. And on the day itself, you don’t have to think at all — you just show up and experience it!
A major advantage of working with Artisan is that in addition to the usual logistical support, they also do all the design in-house. This means that the whole look of your wedding is cohesive — from the florals to the menus to the lighting. My wife and I didn’t come into our wedding with all the answers, but Joey and Justin took the time to get to know us, and figured out an aesthetic that we absolutely loved, represented us as people, and incorporated both of our families’ cultures. Our guests remarked how authentically “us” the wedding was.
We had SO MUCH fun at our own wedding, and a big part of the reason we could relax and be present is that Justin and Joey are so organized and reassuring. We truly could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out, and even the process of planning it was fun (which, based on talking to friends, is not the case with all planners!). If you’re thinking about working with Artisan… do it! -

They made the design process so seamless and were willing to work with us to ensure we had a beautiful ceremony and reception while staying within our budget. Joey and his team are AMAZING! My husband and I had an unclear (likely confusing at times lol) vision of what we wanted our wedding florals to look like, and Joey and his team executed our vision beyond what we could have ever imagined. They filled the space beautifully with not only beautiful flowers, but also top notch lighting that made the space feel like it was out of a fairytale. Plus, Joey and his team were so great to work with - super responsive and kind, and so professional. If you are looking not only for a florist for your big day in the desert, but also, all in event services (lighting, decor, even planning) - Joey and his team at Artisan are the way to go. Having one vendor take care of it all made it SO much easier for us, and they are top notch at what they do. We are so grateful for Joey and his team for everything, and would hire them again in a heartbeat! -

Joey and the Artisan Team Joey are the best in business. We met with them once before our wedding and Joey was able to capture what we wanted for our wedding. He guided us and answered all our questions. While we were planning our wedding, his team was very responsive to all my questions and even changes. When I made the final changes, I knew everything was going to be what we have envisioned, but honestly, they made it even better. They were very professional, reliable, they are very creative, and they are so patient and responsive. Thank you, Joey, for your work and effort to make our wedding day so beautiful! -

Elisabeth Sent on 05/23/2015Joey and Tara at Artisan Events did a FANTASTIC job with the floral arrangements (personal flowers + ceremony flowers + reception flowers/arrangements) at our wedding in Palm Springs! The first day I met Joey at the Artisan Events office, I basically walked in and said, "I have no idea what I'm doing, but I know that I really love peonies!" And from that statement alone (and after taking the time to get to know my likes and dislikes), Joey crafted a beautiful vision for our wedding. It was BREATHTAKING... absolutely stunning. :)
We also went with Artisan Events for the table, chair, linen and chuppah rentals. They gave us great rates (in comparison to what we would have paid to work directly with some of these companies), and took care of the delivery and set-up of EVERYTHING. We didn't have to lift a finger!
We are so pleased with the services the Artisan Events team provided, and highly recommend that you contact Joey (far in advance!) for your floral, rental and other wedding-related services! -

They told me what I wanted and didn't listen. Artisan was a breath of fresh air and listened to what I wanted and turned my thoughts into a dream wedding! The flowers were beautiful and creative! I can't stop looking at the pictures! Joey was so much fun to work with and the overall experience was amazing. I would recommend Artisan to anyone in a heartbeat! We love you Joey ;-)
