Anna and Nancy and the rest of their team were really great. My husband and I were the first people in our generation of our families to get married, so we didn't have a lot of familiarity with the industry. I also started out planning our wedding in Chicago but moved away during the process. It was invaluable having Anna and Nancy as our experienced and professional guides through the wedding process in general but also as experts in Chicago vendors and considerations. They were responsive and remained engaged through a >1 year process (long engagement). My husband and I had some unusual requests like with food and decor and they helped bring our vision to life. Ultimately, our wedding weekend went very smoothly, and the disaster-free quality of it all I definitely credit to the Aisle Ai team. Would recommend!

We are so glad we decided to hire Anna and Nancy as our wedding planners. I'm honestly not sure we could have pulled the event off on our own. They are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the wedding industry in Chicago and NY, and have amazing execution. Their team can speak multiple languages which made communication with family easy and effective. We made some last minute inquiries about transportation and hotels and they were able to get us answers within 24 hours. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Their team helped create the wedding day timeline, made sure everyone (vendors, bridal party, family) knew where to go and when, managed set up of the entire venue, and received all the vendors. Thinking of how stressful the wedding day would've been without them gives me anxiety, lol. Multiple vendors even told me that they were very impressed with our planners, that they were on top of everything, and were able to answer any questions they had.
