An Everlasting Memory

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner – Nancy at Aisle Ai Weddings! She felt like a calming best friend through the entire journey. She understood our style perfectly and brought creative ideas we never would have thought of.

Throughout the entire planning process, everything was consistently organized, communicative, and proactive. No detail was ever too small, and no question we asked ever felt like an inconvenience. Nancy also anticipated needs before we even knew they existed, and she handled every challenge with such calm professionalism that it kept us calm, too. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, the design ideas were creative and thoughtful, and her ability to tie everything together into a seamless experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—from the ceremony timing to the décor to the little behind-the-scenes moments we didn’t even know needed managing. We truly got to enjoy every second thanks to her and her team.

The perfect planners who gave us the wedding of our dreams

Aisle Ai is worth its price and MORE.

From the moment we had our first consultation meeting to after the wedding, Aisle Ai was incredible and delivered amazing services. Everything went so smoothly and seamlessly because of them.

Aisle Ai was so organized and they make you feel like you're the only wedding they're planning. They get a solid sense of what your wants are and recommend a lot of vendors, based on our preferences, many of whom they've worked with before, which made me feel confident in our choices. They do a ton of behind the scenes work communicating with vendors to make sure everything is perfect on wedding day. They also respond SO promptly (and accurately!) whenever we ask any type of questions.

We were absolutely blown away by their services on wedding weekend -- they executed everything perfectly and our wedding was exactly how we'd wanted it. Everything went extremely smoothly and it is because of the Aisle Ai team. They were kind and patient with my family and bridal party, and immediately helped us with anything we needed. I had some items (card box, tea ceremony kneelers) that never came (ugh, online orders) but they brought back-ups. I'm sure they had 1000 things running through their heads but we could never tell - they were always grounded and attentive. It is also great that they know so many vendors in Chicago, so they had good communication with all of them.

No matter what you want on your wedding day, they will make it happen and will help you do it in a way that flows well and makes sense for the day. I had a surprise gift for my parents and Anna suggested the perfect time to give it to them during the wedding day. We are forever grateful to Aisle Ai for helping us plan such a memorable and wonderful wedding.

Truly the BEST

We seriously can’t thank Aisle Ai enough for everything they did to make our wedding day so incredible. Nancy and Anna were there with us from start to finish and they were on top of every single detail. My partner and I are Type B to the core, and having them handle the planning took a load off our plates. They were always so willing to help answer any question we had and anything you can think of – they would find out for us. The amount of time and attention they put into our wedding was unreal and we couldn’t have asked for better planners.

Special shout out to Nancy for totally understanding our style and what we wanted, and working closely with our wonderful vendors to make it all come together, even better than we imagined! We also worked with Nichole and Mary the day of the wedding and they helped ensure the day went by smoothly and made sure we were taken care of and well fed. We got so many compliments from family, guests, and our wedding party about how professional and wonderful Aisle Ai was. One of the things that stood out to me the most was at the end of the wedding – the Aisle Ai team stayed back to gather all of our stuff together and delivered all of our items to our hotel for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and for that we are truly grateful.

Best decision ever

All we can say is that hiring Aisle AI Wedding to plan our wedding was the BEST decision we’ve ever made! We wanted our planning process to be a memorable journey together, and to enjoy our wedding day with our loved ones stress-free. We had a 300+ guest wedding and the services provided by Aisle AI Wedding met all of our expectations and so much more.

A Dream Come True!

Our wedding was nothing short of a fairytale, and we owe it all to the incredible team at Aisle Ai Weddings: Nancy, Anna, Nicole, and Mary. Knowing one of the founders, Nancy, personally, we were thrilled to have her and her team help bring our vision to life.

The Consultation Process:

From the very first consultation, we were blown away by Nancy and Anna's professionalism, experience, and exceptional communication. During our initial conversations with them, it was evident that they’ve handled a wide variety of weddings and are well-respected in the industry. What impressed us most was how Nancy and Anna didn’t just listen to our ideas—they truly understood them. They captured our vision with incredible attention to detail, helping us stay organized and guiding us with their wealth of experience.

The Planning Experience:

Working with Nancy and Anna exceeded every expectation we had for what a wedding planner should be. Above and beyond

Anna, Nancy, and the rest of the Aisle Ai team were indispensable in making our Chinese wedding celebration (complete with door games, tea ceremony, banquet, etc) a resounding success. Calling their high standard of service, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail "white glove" doesn't do Anna & Nancy justice. From the day we had our first meeting all the way to the day of our event, they truly made us feel as if we were their only and most important client every step of the way.

With their help, we were able to host a reception that was not only faithful to key Chinese traditions, but also thoughtfully elevated and just... unforgettably FUN. We were essentially stress-free on the big day and were able to enjoy every moment as it unfolded.

No exaggeration when we say that will miss collaborating and working with Anna & Nancy - we really cannot recommend Aisle Ai enough!

Versatile and involved planner team

Anna and Nancy and the rest of their team were really great. My husband and I were the first people in our generation of our families to get married, so we didn't have a lot of familiarity with the industry. I also started out planning our wedding in Chicago but moved away during the process. It was invaluable having Anna and Nancy as our experienced and professional guides through the wedding process in general but also as experts in Chicago vendors and considerations. They were responsive and remained engaged through a >1 year process (long engagement). My husband and I had some unusual requests like with food and decor and they helped bring our vision to life. Ultimately, our wedding weekend went very smoothly, and the disaster-free quality of it all I definitely credit to the Aisle Ai team. Would recommend!

Amazing Wedding Planning Team! Very Impressive

We are so glad we decided to hire Anna and Nancy as our wedding planners. I'm honestly not sure we could have pulled the event off on our own. They are friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the wedding industry in Chicago and NY, and have amazing execution. Their team can speak multiple languages which made communication with family easy and effective. We made some last minute inquiries about transportation and hotels and they were able to get us answers within 24 hours. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Their team helped create the wedding day timeline, made sure everyone (vendors, bridal party, family) knew where to go and when, managed set up of the entire venue, and received all the vendors. Thinking of how stressful the wedding day would've been without them gives me anxiety, lol. Multiple vendors even told me that they were very impressed with our planners, that they were on top of everything, and were able to answer any questions they had. I'm so glad there is an Asian American-owned, women-owned, wedding planning team in Chicago. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made! Thank you for all that you did, ladies!

Best planners in CHI and NYC

I cannot recommend Aisle Ai highly enough! Anna and Nancy are absolute pros, organized, responsive, kind, and patient. Their process makes it easy to plan whatever event you can dream up. They had exactly the industry and cultural experience we needed. As an out-of-state couple, Anna provided fantastic vendor recommendations, organized everything, and kept us in the loop the entire time. When surprises happened or something had to change she swiftly pivoted and helped us adjust. We had a very multicultural wedding so her experience with different wedding practices and traditions was super valuable. On the big day, the Aisle Ai team treated us like royalty and ushered us like the secret service. They anticipated every need before I knew I needed it. Our wedding was one for the history books, all thanks to Anna and Aisle Ai!

Above and beyond coordination with stellar attention to detail

Anna and Nancy were an incredible duo who helped us coordinate our wedding. You can really tell they love what they do and have hearts for service and making sure everything goes perfectly. For even our relatively small wedding, they still took everything with great care and professionalism and above and beyond service including making deliveries and pick-ups of personal items, calling vendors with details, filling in decor gaps with things from their own collection, and troubleshooting on the fly. Would recommend them to anyone, especially couples who have ornate weddings with tons of details because I'm 100% sure Anna and Nancy would not miss a thing.

Anna and Nancy - the absolute best

Anna and Nancy, honestly words cannot begin to describe how incredible and amazing they both are. They truly went above and beyond what either of us could have imagined to make the day exactly what we pictured and more. They are so incredibly detail oriented and kept us up to date with everything we should be doing. Anna and Nancy helped made sure that everything we could have wanted in our wedding.

And then the day of, we couldn't have pictured it without them. They made sure that every detail was special to us. They made sure that we didn't have to think about anything going on that day except our love for each other. It was like they have been our closest friends forever and just made everything seamless.

GREAT WORK- Amazing Team. :)

We had our Wedding at the Old Post Office in Chicago and Yesenia, Sarah, Jennifer, and Ari did an amazing job making sure that we were able to get everything that we needed to get done for the wedding. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and set up to the exact requirements that we had and we were able to sit back and have fun on our wedding day :) We love our team and we love that they were able to take charge. The best part was knowing that we were working with planners we could trust and hand off all our personal items to--- they were truly on top of it!!!

They facilitated relationships with the vendors, managed the load in and load out flawlessly, and were able to navigate over 30 vendors on the day of the wedding. Great job, ladies!

Anna & Nancy are incredible!

Just going to jump right into it - Anna & Nancy were absolutely, above & beyond, fantastic in every sense of the word and I would recommend them to anyone planning their wedding. They were THAT good.

Throughout the planning processes Anna & Nancy were extremely approachable, responsive & knowledgeable on every aspect of the wedding, and were ready and willing to provide guidance on even the most mundane of details & questions we had. They kept us on track with updates & check-ins to make sure we were getting to everything on time, and brought to our attention small details that we hadn’t even thought of when we were putting everything together. Whether it was a year away from our wedding date or the week before, we could count on a quick reply to make sure we could move forward in planning our big day. For all of the walkthroughs, conversations with vendors, aggregation of everything we had done up to that point and on and on, we could rely on them for absolutely anything we needed. For all the stress that comes with planning a wedding, I don’t even want to think of what that would have been if we didn’t have Anna & Nancy in our corner. The day of the wedding went as seamless as it possibly could have because of them - not a single detail had not already been addressed with an additional contingency plan, just in case.

Outside of the prep & planning, a significant reason why we chose Aisle Ai was because of their knowledge of Chinese/Taiwanese traditions & their bilingual capabilities. As we were blending Jewish & Taiwanese traditions together, we wanted someone who would be able to help us express these aspects of backgrounds to our wedding guests who had not been exposed to them, and help translate for those who did not speak English. In that regard they were absolutely incredible, though what they brought to the table far exceeded our expectations.

Again, we would recommend them to absolutely anyone planning their wedding, and we are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our special day that much more special.

The Best Wedding Planners in Chicago!

Exceptional and lovely team

If you’re someone in the beginning phases of planning, know that 1) having a wedding planner/day-of coordinator is well worth the money and 2) your planner should be Aisle Ai without a doubt. Aisle Ai went above and beyond our expectations for planning our wedding that had a Western ceremony and Chinese-style reception. We opted for the minimal planning package and worked with both Nancy and Anna over the course of nearly three years due to the pandemic (which they handled so well and ensured we didn’t have any loose ends / forgotten vendors to ask for postponements). Nancy and Anna are both very sweet and extremely detail-oriented, and they answered so many of my questions ranging from “is this too tacky” to “will our guests be upset at our decision to do X and not Y”, having not attended a wedding ourselves at the time. My now husband and I, and even our family, relied on their expertise to plan our Chinese-style reception which took a lot of day-of coordination and direction to stay on-track. Aisle Ai listened and incorporated all our wants from day one of planning all the way to the wedding day, and gracefully accommodated a lot of changes the week before from both us and the family. I was never worried about response times with Aisle Ai, and Anna and Nancy were readily available through both text and email. They also helped a great deal in chasing down some of our vendors that weren’t as responsive. Aisle Ai also has a DIY team who created our beautiful seating chart. A bonus for us was that Anna was able to speak both Cantonese and Taishanese to our families, which was extremely helpful during our rehearsal so that the older members knew how to walk during our ceremony processional, as none of them have attended a Western-style ceremony.

There’s naturally many things couples wouldn’t think about during planning that Aisle Ai brought up, and the level of detail put during planning was so significant such that we were able to lean completely on Aisle Ai’s team during the big day. Several of our vendors also complimented Aisle Ai on how organized they were during the entire planning process; we definitely get the impression that in the industry, Aisle Ai truly is exceptional. Anna was always anticipating my needs on the day of, and had so much patience despite being pulled in several directions at times. I truly don’t know how we would have done the wedding without them! We would recommend Aisle Ai time and time again; I’ve been in anticipation for my friends to get engaged just so that I can refer them to Aisle Ai! :)

AMAZING - the most organized, thoughtful people you will ever meet

We cannot recommend Aisle Ai enough. I had previously thought I was going to be a DIY bride, and I had all my vendors picked out, but work became busier, so I decided to hire a wedding planner. We picked Day-of-Coordination services, but honestly Aisle Ai did WAY more than Day-of-Coordination. They are excellent communicators and made sure that we stayed on track in the months leading up to the wedding. I had thought that I had everything picked out, but they had amazing checklists that really made sure that I had all the details that I needed. I felt that they were present (in a very good way), for way more than just a day-of-coordinator. AND they always were up for what I wanted - they never pushed me to include something I didn't want, and they always centered my goals and dreams for the wedding.

Let's talk about the week/day of - I could not have gone through my wedding without Aisle Ai. They handled communication with all of the vendors, and the all of the vendors I interacted with that week (makeup artist, Quad club) GUSHED about how organized they were - they all knew exactly where and when they needed to be. Our DJ tested positive for Covid two days before the wedding - when they told me that day, they had already vetted and interviewed the recommended replacement DJ, reviewed his credentials, and basically solved the problem. The day of my wedding, I discovered that my tailor had forgotten to put in the hook of my bustle, so Nancy stitched a bustle for me in 15 minutes during cocktail hour - and did an AMAZING job - it looked great and I had no problems dancing. They made sure to get plates of the appetizers for us, and they sent us home with our late night snack/cake since they knew we hadn't tried it. It was all these little details and problem solving that made the day so easy - I was able to fully enjoy my wedding. I felt so relaxed knowing that they truly could and would solve literally any problem.

I also chose them specifically because I needed help with a traditional tea ceremony. They did an excellent job, and my family loved them. They didn't blink an eye when my parents changed their minds multiple times about who to include in the ceremony. They speak so many languages and offered to conduct our tea ceremony in multiple dialects. Our parents felt so honored.

I've written about how organized they are, how talented they are, and that they are truly excellent wedding planners. But in addition to all that, they are two of the kindest, most thoughtful, caring humans you could meet. They are so good at reading emotion and took care of me when I needed a moment. They filled our day with so much kindness and thoughtful touches.

It is not an exaggeration to say that hiring Aisle Ai was THE best decision I made for my wedding. I cannot imagine what my wedding day would've been like without them.

Best Wedding Coordinators Ever!

I am so relieved and happy that I hired the wedding coordination team from Aisle Ai Weddings! We had a 370-person wedding - including a traditional Catholic mass, a large bridal party, and Indian cultural rituals/traditions during the reception, and some outfit changes in between! Anna and Nancy made sure that our wedding day went as smoothly as possible! They connected with all our vendors and helped to coordinate logistics. They helped us to create our itinerary and on the wedding day, they were great at keeping track of the time and moving us along from one location to the other. They made sure that we didn't forget anything on the day of the wedding and helped me to calm down when I was stressed and anxious on the morning of the wedding. They also took care of the little details and made sure that my husband and I could enjoy our wedding day! We received compliments from our family and friends about their team! You NEED Anna and Nancy!

You absolutely NEED Anna and Nancy on your side while planning your wedding. These two worked endlessly to make sure every detail went as planned for our wedding. They are two of the most sincere and genuine people I have ever worked with. I had a 2 ceremony wedding plus reception all in one day and they made sure the entire day went extremely smoothly and make sure me and my husband had fun every second of the day. They are very very organized, they followed up with all our vendors multiple times leading up to the wedding and thought of every detail we needed to consider for our wedding day. Having Nancy and Anna with me all day during the wedding made it a 100% stress free day for me, and allowed me to just soak in the day and just have fun. I was very very nervous for packing 3 events into my wedding day but not only did these two make it possible, they made sure it was absolutely perfect! I can't overstate how amazing their energy is, and how comfortable they make you feel right from the moment you meet them. Wedding planning is stressful, and having these two to talk to, bounce ideas off of at any time made the whole process so much more enjoyable and stress-free. They both also have a great eye for detail and style, there were many aspects of the decor that I let them decide how to handle and everything was better than what I could come up with. The day before my wedding the HMUA who was supposed to do my bridesmaids hair and make up canceled on us, and these two were able to quickly and calmly find a new team to take care of us. I never once felt worried something was going to be missed! And somehow they always kept us ahead of schedule!

The most amazing team!

I could not have done it without Aisle Ai and their team! Nancy and Anna assisted me from the very beginning. Even when Covid hit and plans changed, they worked with me every step of the way and made me feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. They coordinated with my vendors and were very responsive, I new I could count on them. They went above and beyond on my wedding night as well, making sure to tend to mine and my husbands needs the entire night. Even my guests and parents stopped me to say what an amazing job they were doing to assist at the wedding. They were amazing in every way and I HIGHLY recommend Aisle Ai Weddings if you are looking for planners for your big day!

WOW! I was amazed

I was in the party for one of the weddings done by Aisle Ai Weddings. Nancy was sewing up our dresses that weren't tailored and she was doing it on the spot! I was amazed by the dedication and work ethic of the Aisle Ai team. They are truly talented and dedicated to their craft. The team is very professional and polite to everyone and work very hard. On the day of the wedding, I saw them running around and making sure that everything was running smoothly. I have been to other weddings who have had wedding planners but have never seen a crew as dedicated as theirs.

Amazing team and wonderful planning

AAW is the best planning team in Chicago, LA, or NYC. They simply just put so much time an effort into each individual wedding. There is no doubt in my mind that they are the best. Instead of being like many planners who just take on multiple events, they never bite off more than they can chew. They take time to plan out your wedding in as much detail as possible as if it were there own weddings at stake! I loved working with them and would honestly recommend them to anyone who wants to have the PERFECT event. They also have a staff that is super diverse and speaks several different languages. We used them because we needed someone who could speak Spanish and Chinese and help our parents translate. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST.

The best planners in chicago

Aisle Ai Weddings is a team of planners and they are the best in Chicago, we honestly loved everything they did for our event. They treated us like family and in turn, we did so as well. We loved working with everyone on their team. They are vibrant and gregarious and always so eager to go the extra mile for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a well trusted planner and an OG in the business. We did not even have to worry about anything! They stayed until the last vendor left the building and they provided us with snacks on the day of. They even delivered our items back to our place the morning after the wedding. Aisle Ai always does a great job with their events. I was so impressed by the work Nancy and Anna put together. I know that all of the guests were really excited too. I think when it comes to planners, you have to select someone you can really trust. All of their reviews have been amazing and no one has ever had anything bad to say about them so we knew that we could go with their team. Great Work and Amazing Day Of

Nancy and the team did a great job executing our event. I have not seen a team as efficient as theirs in the past. I really think that they are one of the best teams and their assistants are amazing at picking up on the spot. They really trained all of their staff members to be very proactive and efficient. I am always amazed by people who can do the type of work that they do and with such confidence. They also helped us negotiate a lot of money back from our wedding vendors through their relationships and that is always much appreciated! Great Follow Through

Aisle Ai weddings is an amazing team of individuals who are great at executing events. Their follow-through is amazing and even months after the wedding, they make sure the follow up on our photographers and videographers ot make sure that delivery of the order was made. This year was a rough one for us because we had school and work and had to plan a wedding! Anna and Nancy did a great job of pulling it all together for us while we were trying to stay afloat. While we contracted them for day-of services, they actually helped us three months in advance. They were so great to work with and were so friendly. The best people that we hired for the wedding. Well worth the investment. Aisle Ai Weddings is one of the best planning companies in Chicago. They limit the number of weddings they take in each year so that they make sure to be dedicated to your event. They also specialize in wedding related events only unlike other planning companies that we came across while we were planning that did all types of events without a focus. Nancy and Anna far exceeded my expectations in a wedding planner!! I was hesitant to spend the money, but I'm so glad I did. As a wedding videographer, working with planners that understand how to keep a day flowing is a thing of beauty. I worked with Aisle Ai on a thirteen-hour day and it's nothing short of magical how they were able to keep each part of a very meticulously planned day flowing into the other while making sure that the bride and all the vendors felt like they had what they needed at every point.

They not only cared about how I was doing throughout the entire process (I get stressed very easily) but they cared about every single detail of the wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure that I didn't have to think about a single thing on the day of my wedding. I received so many compliments about the organization of my wedding and I know I could not have done it without Nancy and Anna. I can't say enough good about Aisle Ai.

When we began planning our wedding, we didn't mind taking care of all of the details ahead of time. What we did want was someone to take care of coordinating 6 or 7 vendors plus making sure the venue looked exactly how we envisioned the day of the wedding. This is where Nancy & Anna came into play. We met with them early on in the planning process and gave them our vision- and in true newly engaged form, changing it 10 times along the way- and they were so receptive and supportive the whole time. They provided a few check ins to ensure we were on the right track in the months leading up to the wedding and then dove in completely 2 weeks before to coordinate all of the times and last minute details. We were so relaxed the day of our wedding because we knew we were in good hands with two coordinators managing every vendor relation and movement. We had a fabulous wedding- all of the details were absolutely beautiful and it seriously went off without a hitch. I know everyone says that you can expect something to go wrong on your wedding day- we really didn't! And if we did, Nancy & Anna handled it before we knew about it and fixed it :) I couldn't recommend Aisle Ai more. Their knowledge, patience, professionalism and service really went above what we could have expected. You will not be disappointed in hiring these two ladies to make sure your day is perfect.

The best thing in life is when you pay for something and you feel like you were able to get the full value from it. This is how I felt when I worked with Aisle Ai Weddings. They helped us save so much with each vendor partner! Nancy and Anna gave us strong advice and made sure everything was taken care of. We were stress free and had to do very little in order to prepare for our wedding other then go to a few makeup and hair trials and answer questions on what we wanted. They took care of everything!

The best thing about working with Aisle Ai Weddings is that they will be very conscious of your needs. They treat their negotiations as if it were for their own weddings and make sure you get the best prices with each vendor. The planners at this company our ideal when it comes to weddings with a smaller budget because they care about making your wants come true even if you have a tight dollar amount tied to the celebration. They are respectful of this and they recognize that there are things that can be made possible even on a slightly smaller budget. We loved working with them!

Love all the skills that Nancy and Anna have. They are organized, have musical talent (this comes in handy!), know how to sew up clothing on the spot (this is super helpful as well!), and always have a vision and plan for what they are doing next. We have worked with them a couple of times for different wedding-related events and just love their enthusiasm and love for their roles as planners. Passion is key. Skill is necessary. They have both.

I'm honestly not sure what I would have done without Nancy and Anna. Aisle Ai Weddings really saved me on the day of my event. Loved working with these ladies! They were very professional and made sure our itinerary was built out and that nothing was missed. Our favorite memory of working with Aisle Ai Weddings was when my dress snapped in the back last minute and Nancy pulled out a sewing kit and sewed the dress up on the spot! Nancy and Anna are great planners. They were very sociable with our guests and had everything taken care of. We did not have to worry about anything on the day of our event. Nancy and Anna were wonderful to work with. I am a photographer and had the chance to work with them back in May. They were always on top of things and made sure everyone else was too by keeping everyone informed. They were also very quick with their responses too. They kept us up to date on everything and made sure everyone (vendors and clients) were taken care of. They were very quick to coming up with solutions when things outside of our control didn't work out exactly as we desired to. They do their job very well but they were also very pleasant to work with. They were both friendly and easy to work with. I loved working with them and can't wait to work with them again. I will definitely recommend them for any bride or vendor looking for a planner in the area.

This team worked intensely hard to make sure everything ran smoothly, regardless of weather (It rained!). This was for a wedding style shoot that I worked with them with as a Photographer and I was astonished time and again how on point they were about time tables with the team to make sure everything ran smoothly so all the pictures would come out wonderfully.

After the wedding is important as well as the team maintained professionalism and kept on their team to get the photos delivered to the happy people that were part of the event. This dedication I feel will follow all of the weddings this group does!
