As an anxious type A, yet indecisive person planning a wedding was extremely overwhelming and daunting. Like most people I started comparing reviews, and I noticed that across all platforms it was perfect 5 stars. Not going to lie, I was a tiny bit skeptical at how perfect each review was, but now that we celebrated our wedding on 10/10/2026, I can confidently say that each review is genuine and completely deserved.
From the beginning, Nancy was personable, meticulous, and professional. I never felt like I was just another one of Aisle Ai’s clients, instead it felt like I was their only client! The response times are quick, no confusion or mistakes made, and everything was so organized from the start – the master spreadsheet was the only thing I stared at the last couple months leading up to the wedding! A huge plus is Nancy and her team know how to speak Chinese and she basically did half of my rehearsal walk through in Chinese!
To highlight that Nancy and team are the best of the best, 6 weeks before our wedding, we ended up needing to switch caterers (which I found and picked myself) due to some concerns that were raised. This was especially stressful since it was so close to our wedding. Nancy was able to quickly put out the fire and worked with my venue to secure a new caterer company that went above and beyond – guests loved the food!
Everything was gorgeous and more than I could have dreamed of. My husband and I received so many compliments about our wedding. Working with Aisle Ai was the best decision we could have made! Kudos!

Planning a wedding is stressful, but working with Aisle Ai truly made our planning process as easy as possible! Aside from our venue and caterer (which we had picked prior) Aisle Ai helped us choose every single one of our vendors. They completely understood our vibe and gave us great recommendations. They also helped us book our rehearsal dinner and post wedding dim sum brunch. On our actual wedding day, Anna and her team were AMAZING. Truly, we could not have pulled it off without them. I also want to give a special shout-out to Monica, a Jr. Planner who helped me with my very heavy dress as we took photos and was on hand for any touch-ups or help we might have needed. Because of Aisle Ai, I truly felt so relaxed on my wedding day.

From the moment we had our first consultation meeting to after the wedding, Aisle Ai was incredible and delivered amazing services. Everything went so smoothly and seamlessly because of them.

Aisle Ai was so organized and they make you feel like you're the only wedding they're planning. They get a solid sense of what your wants are and recommend a lot of vendors, based on our preferences, many of whom they've worked with before, which made me feel confident in our choices. They do a ton of behind the scenes work communicating with vendors to make sure everything is perfect on wedding day. They also respond SO promptly (and accurately!) whenever we ask any type of questions.

We were absolutely blown away by their services on wedding weekend -- they executed everything perfectly and our wedding was exactly how we'd wanted it. Everything went extremely smoothly and it is because of the Aisle Ai team. They were kind and patient with my family and bridal party, and immediately helped us with anything we needed. I had some items (card box, tea ceremony kneelers) that never came (ugh, online orders) but they brought back-ups. I'm sure they had 1000 things running through their heads but we could never tell - they were always grounded and attentive. It is also great that they know so many vendors in Chicago, so they had good communication with all of them.

No matter what you want on your wedding day, they will make it happen and will help you do it in a way that flows well and makes sense for the day. I had a surprise gift for my parents and Anna suggested the perfect time to give it to them during the wedding day. We are forever grateful to Aisle Ai for helping us plan such a memorable and wonderful wedding.

We seriously can’t thank Aisle Ai enough for everything they did to make our wedding day so incredible. Nancy and Anna were there with us from start to finish and they were on top of every single detail. My partner and I are Type B to the core, and having them handle the planning took a load off our plates. Anna, Nancy, and the rest of the Aisle Ai team were indispensable in making our Chinese wedding celebration (complete with door games, tea ceremony, banquet, etc) a resounding success. Calling their high standard of service, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail "white glove" doesn't do Anna & Nancy justice. From the day we had our first meeting all the way to the day of our event, they truly made us feel as if we were their only and most important client every step of the way.
