Working with Julia was great with helping us bring our outdoor Tahoe wedding vision to life. We live in Oregon so she was very helpful with her expertise of the area and referring us to a lot of great local, trusting vendors. She helped kept us organized and I really appreciated her calm demeanor on the wedding day to help us all stay on schedule especially when it stormed right before the wedding! Julia is also a very lovely person to get to know along this journey and glad we were able to work together!

Right from the start, Julia was great! She is upbeat while keeping tabs of the details, she is communicative and keeps up-to-date while also being very flexible to personal details we wanted to incorporate. For our wedding there was an extra level of complexity, but she was up to the challenge and delivered without any hiccups. Our wedding was in Scandinavian tents in Royal Gorge that had never been done by Sugar Bowl before. There was a lot of extra logistics to work out with the venue, and Julia stayed on top of it. She definitely put in extra work due to this added complexity but it never showed. On the day of the wedding, she is exactly who you want. She is always there when you need something and helps keep everything running super smoothly, without the schedule being too rigid. On the day of, everything was delivered better than imagined and we were not stressed at all - it was a dream.

It was crucial to have her encouragement through the planning process, and her guidance to keep us on track. Right after our first phone call with Julia, we knew we wanted to hire her and her team stat!! She is so personable and so so organized. We honestly don't know how we would have pulled off our special day without her. She asked us questions on certain aspects of the wedding we didn't even think of and helped document on a shared doc on all the details - from decor, vendors, ceremony logistics, etc. - to make sure we were all on the same page. About a few weeks out as details started to finalize, she put together the timeline for us and reached out to all our vendors to make sure everyone was also on the same page. Wedding weekend, we had absolutely no stress. Julia and Katie have such a calming presence and if there were any hiccups we didn't notice at all. I truly don't even have words that would adequately describe how absolutely incredible Sarah and Julia were in the lead up to and at our wedding. We booked them for month-of coordinating, but they were available to answer my questions for many months prior to our wedding. They put together an amazing, detailed, thoughtful timeline for us, coordinated with all of our vendors so we didn't have to think about anything, and thoughtfully ran our wedding rehearsal with our huge wedding party. On the day of the wedding, they seamlessly took care of every single detail and ensured that we had absolutely nothing to worry about except enjoying our day. They truly went above and beyond, and even packed up our car with all of our personal belongings at the end of the night for us. They did all of this while remaining so calm, kind and reassuring. We feel so lucky to have found them and cannot recommend them enough!!

It was so lovely having Sarah and Julia help organize our wedding day. The timeline they created was set up beautifully and reflected the image that we hoped our wedding would be!
