Great working with Julia and Events by Daydream!
Working with Julia was great with helping us bring our outdoor Tahoe wedding vision to life. We live in Oregon so she was very helpful with her expertise of the area and referring us to a lot of great local, trusting vendors. She helped kept us organized and I really appreciated her calm demeanor on the wedding day to help us all stay on schedule especially when it stormed right before the wedding! Julia is also a very lovely person to get to know along this journey and glad we were able to work together! -

Right from the start, Julia was great! She is upbeat while keeping tabs of the details, she is communicative and keeps up-to-date while also being very flexible to personal details we wanted to incorporate. For our wedding there was an extra level of complexity, but she was up to the challenge and delivered without any hiccups. Our wedding was in Scandinavian tents in Royal Gorge that had never been done by Sugar Bowl before. There was a lot of extra logistics to work out with the venue, and Julia stayed on top of it. She definitely put in extra work due to this added complexity but it never showed. On the day of the wedding, she is exactly who you want. She is always there when you need something and helps keep everything running super smoothly, without the schedule being too rigid. On the day of, everything was delivered better than imagined and we were not stressed at all - it was a dream. -

We had a great experience working with Julia. She was always flexible, upbeat & positive throughout the whole journey. It was crucial to have her encouragement through the planning process, and her guidance to keep us on track. Right after our first phone call with Julia, we knew we wanted to hire her and her team stat!! She is so personable and so so organized. We honestly don't know how we would have pulled off our special day without her. She asked us questions on certain aspects of the wedding we didn't even think of and helped document on a shared doc on all the details - from decor, vendors, ceremony logistics, etc. - to make sure we were all on the same page. About a few weeks out as details started to finalize, she put together the timeline for us and reached out to all our vendors to make sure everyone was also on the same page. Wedding weekend, we had absolutely no stress. Julia and Katie have such a calming presence and if there were any hiccups we didn't notice at all. Julia and Katie played such a big part on making sure the day went smoothly and we can't thank them enough. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Events by Daydream!! -

Wonderful!
Julia and Sarah of Events by Daydream were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, efficient, kind, and went above and beyond to make our day special. Going through and putting together of the details for our wedding sometimes seemed daunting, but Julia and Sarah were always there to lend their expertise and reassurance leading up to the big day. The day before our wedding, we realized we weren’t going to be able to hang and display our table seating chart in the way that we thought. Julia told us not to worry, took it home, and built us a frame that worked beautifully with our theme. That’s just one example of how dedicated they are to making any occasion a special one! We highly recommend Events by Daydream.

Sometimes you meet individuals who take great care to provide excellent services. Once in a while, it is possible to encounter individuals who provide excellent services and communicate clearly in a timely manner. Rarely does one come across individuals who provide excellent services, communicate clearly, and take it upon themselves to get to know you as people, not just as client X. This is what Julia and Sarah did for us, and so much more. The Events By Daydream team made our dreams come true for our wedding this June. They were not only interested in our linens and centerpieces, they cared about the feel we wanted to create, about the people dearest to us in the world. Sarah and Julia executed our vision flawlessly. There may have been challenges, but honestly we don’t know about them because we had Events By Daydream to triage the situation. I felt so at ease with sharing all my details for my ideal day. Julia helped plan out an entire timeline and schedule not only for the big day but for my rehearsal as well. During both the rehearsal and wedding day, she remained calm and guided us through the timeline so seamlessly.
She is so good at what she does and provides so much professionalism, I was so impressed. She got in contact with all my vendors and made everything we discussed come to life. So nice to have that weight lift off my shoulders being in contact with all my vendors. I would not know what I would have done without her on our special day. I was not stressed one bit and got to enjoy the day that I have been planning for months.
