Outstanding pianist, singer and DJ

Kit played piano at out daughter’s wedding last week. She had a Catholic Mass at a small church in Sisters, OR. His playing and singing were beyond excellent, inspiring all attendees regardless of their faith tradition. He also transcribed and performed music from Pride and Prejudice as a prelude (a request of my daughter). He worked beautifully with a local violinist, Mirabai Peart (also highly recommend), both at the Mass and later during the cocktail hour. He also served as MC and as the DJ, saving the trouble and extra cost of hiring another person. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Plus he is incredibly easy to work with. Two more children to go and would absolutely use him again.

Recommend Kit on the Piano!

Kit did an amazing job at our wedding. His piano skills made for an absolutely lovely cocktail hour. And he kept everyone moving and grooving on the dance floor after dinner. He is professional, unintrusive, and very knowledgeable. Kit made our wedding a night to remember. And I would absolutely recommend him!

Magical Wedding

Kit really did a great job at the wedding. He played the piano and sang at the ceremony, played the piano at the cocktail hour, and was the DJ for the reception. The music he chose really helped create a great vibe that created just the right ambiance for the event.

Incredibly Genuine

Our wedding was cancelled due to COVID, so we did not actually get to see Kit in action... HOWEVER, we've had countless email exchanges with him over the last year and can say he is an absolute gem. He's super responsive, we felt that he genuinely cared about making our event special, and he was always very accommodating and flexible. This kind of quick communication and thoughtful care is rare, and it made such a difference in easing our wedding planning stress. We wholeheartedly recommend Kit for any event.

Kit is Fantastic!

We hired Kit as a pianist for our small, 40 person ceremony/reception, and he put on an unbelievably amazing performance! He learned several new songs specifically for our event, and he absolutely nailed the sound we were going for. All we had to do was ask, and Kit was responsive to our needs. He was on-time, courteous, and seemed to truly enjoy his work.

We loved the beautiful music he created for our special day! We would absolutely recommend him!

Best combo musician/DJ in the Northwest!

I was especially nervous about coordinating the music for our ceremony and reception, because the quality of the music can really make or break a celebration. But after one meeting with Kit, I knew our wedding was in good hands. Kit took all of our suggestions for mass music, cocktail hour piano arrangements and DJ reception set, and made them even better. Everyone was blown away by his singing/piano playing during the ceremony and the dance floor was full all night. On top of that, Kit is just a generally kind, humble and fun person to work with. I’ll only be understating Kit’s talent by telling you his the best, so my one piece of advice is to hire him before someone else does! (Black Butte Ranch, Oregon; 9/20/19)

Excellent DJ, Everyone loved him

Kit Taylor did an absolutely fabulous job at my wedding and reception. He used the music list we gave him and made selections that were perfect for other times. He helped with crowd control and kept the reception moving. He was kind, polite, on time, professional, and easy to work with. He was very attuned to me, the bride, and groom. I would hire him in a heartbeat or recommend him to anyone for any event. I was really impressed!!! He made my day very special and i still have people commenting on how well they enjoyed my wedding and music. Thanks so much Kit. I will always remember and cherish my wedding ceremony and reception! Best Day Ever❤️

Beyond Happy

Kit played piano for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. He was also DJ at our reception. We were beyond happy with the music for the whole event. Such an amazing pianist - in addition to being kind and friendly. And, we weren’t the only ones that thought so - Kit received many compliments from our guests! I highly recommend Kit and will certainly hire him again for future events.

Kit did an amazing job making our wedding day memorable! He played piano during our ceremony and cocktail hour. It was the perfect complement to the gorgeous Hood River views and such a special day. After dinner he turned it on as the DJ. He got everyone up and dancing. Everyone had a great time! He played a mix of genres and styles. He took our preferences into account. He was very professional- he traveled to Hood River and was timely in setting up and helping keep the wedding on schedule. We would definitely work with Kit again and recommend him to anyone!

We hired Kit for our wedding to play on piano for dinner and to be a DJ for the later hours. :). His play on the piano was amazing and suited perfectly our family style dinner. He was great to work, right on time with our timeline and he got all the special songs that we and our guest requested (even a Hungarian song for a dance with my mom :) ). I would highly recommend him and can't thank him enough for providing such an excellent service and traveling down to Bend to play at our wedding . :)
