Rachael is an absolute angel!! She worked with us for our Summer 2023 wedding during a (later than usual) heat wave and we still felt at ease. She made sure we were hydrated and really took care of us!!! We were able to fully enjoy and be present at our wedding, and that is the greatest gift anyone can give you. Working with Rachael was an absolute joy, and would recommend everyone work with her!!

Rachael was the perfect coordinator! We hired her as day of coordinator but boy did she go above and beyond! She was so friendly, organized, and thought of absolutely everything. She is the most impressive and meticulous one woman show and made our vision come to life with ease and grace. She was so much fun to spend time with as well and everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend her for all of your wedding needs as she's a true superstar! We are immensely grateful for her putting together such a perfect day for us!

Rachel is an absolutely amazing human being. She is so kind, caring, sweet, personable, and willing to go above and beyond for her clients. We were supposed to have our wedding and reception in 2020, and Rachel was there to support us for the ceremony as needed. We postponed the reception to this year and ultimately found a venue that had a coordinator for us, so we didn't have the chance to finish out our day with Rachel, but I would never hesitate to hire her again in a heartbeat ❤️. Finding Rachael was such a BLESSING! After having to postpone our wedding THREE times ;due to Covid 19, but we STILL made 2020 our year! :-) we needed extra help on making sure our day flowed perfectly and on time. Rachael did EXACTLY THAT AND MORE! We hired her as a "Day of Coordinator", but this girl went ABOVE and BEYOND! She picked up mirrors which we used as signs on our wedding to show "Oder of Events", "Welcome to Our wedding", "Bar Menu", etc three days before our wedding, AND delivered them back to that vendor's home after our wedding. Not ONCE did anyone come up to my (now)husband and I on our wedding day to ask us anything because Rachael was ON IT! She was SO MUCH fun to work with, one of the sweetest vendors we had on our team and she even helped give me advice when I asked for it with wedding planning details. If you want a STRESS FREE wedding day because you know everything will be taken care of and go just as you envision please do yourself a favor and go with Rachael. You will NOT be dissapointed!!! :-) Thank you Rachael for being such a blast to work with and for having our backs before and on our wedding!

Boy am I so thankful to have had Rachael on my wedding day. She was the most amazing wedding coordinator I could have every hoped for. We found Rachael last minute and she helped us plan the last few weeks up to our big day. She jumped right in to help us plan with what little time we had left! We were planning a wedding from out of town and it was so great to have her! To be totally honest, we could not have done it without her. She is so hard working and made sure our vision came to life! Rachael is incredible! Words cannot express how thankful we are that we had Rachael as our Wedding Planner. We contacted her 30 days prior to the wedding date and within 24 hours she coordinated everything and all the details were perfectly in place. Her day of coordination and execution was phenomenal! She was at the venue hours before the wedding party arrived and stayed until after the reception was over. Rachael was always in constant communication with us and kept us updating on every detail. Because we had Rachael, we could enjoy the ceremony, reception and the entire day. We can not recommend her enough! Rachael is the best!!!

Hiring Rachael to help with our wedding was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. I hired Rachael to help with day-of coordination because honestly, I had no idea how to plan out the day of our wedding.

Rachael did an outstanding job and pulled our entire day together. We couldn't have done it without her. She had all of our vendors contact information, she helped decorate and she even purchased pop-up tents in case it rained (which luckily we didn't end up needing!). She created an awesome timeline and put up with our crazy friends in our wedding party. She was so professional and never got frazzled by all the chaos. I felt like I could come to her with anything.

We are so pleased with Rachael, we would recommend her to anyone. Many of our friends and family also commented on how awesome she did.

Rachael was our day of coordinator and she was the best! She was very helpful, so nice, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She gave us lots of tips and ideas for a timeline, wedding details, and venues. Rachael had us feeling great going into the wedding day and did an amazing job day of! She coordinated with all the vendors and set up the ceremony and reception flawlessly.

I’m so glad we decided to go with her as our coordinator. It feels great to have someone there the entire time making sure everything was sticking to our timeline and going smoothly. Didn’t hurt that she has great taste in style and design and is an overall fun personality.
