I would go. I'm sure everyone understands what's going on at the moment. Maybe you can do like a short vow renewal during or before the reception, so people can still feel involved?

100% I would go. Especially because it wasn't your original plan and it's due to circumstances. It's beyond me how anyone wouldn't understand that you still want to get married on the original day....

Yes, I would go to the reception next year to show support to the couple. Due to the corona virus a lot of us had to change our wedding plans. So please don't take it personal. The reception is about celebrating with the happy couple I would feel honored if they asked me to celebrate with them.

I would totally go! And I second the comment that recommended a short vow renewal. People know what's going on and they can understand you wanting to get married now, and I'm sure it'll give them something to look forward to after this is all over.

If things were normal maybe some people might not attend, like your FH thinks. But right now I think that everyone realizes what's going on with the coronavirus and will understand. They'll probably just be happy to have a reason to get together and celebrate with you

Yeah, it's crazy times right now. Not how I pictured my spring going at all. But we're trying to make the best of it, like you are. And I keep telling myself I'll get a good story out of all this - someday
