Winery for micro wedding under $3000

Does $3K include everything or just catering? Even with a non winery all inclusive venue in any city, that will barely cover your venue rental fee or deposit and the catering in addition is a minimum of 5-6 figures, not counting expenses for other required vendors that you must use.


Your best bet on a tight budget, is a local parks department owned community center that provides tables and chairs and get drop off catering from local favorite ethnic restaurant. Unpopular opinion on WW, but it will work with your budget and be just as beautiful and festive as something more expensive.

Is $3,000 your total budget? For 50-60 people that's an extremely small budget. Our venue required $7000 minimum on food and beverage and that was three years ago prior to Covid. Everything is now in more demand and more expensive.

That budget is unrealistic. That’s $50 per person.
Our 59 guest wedding cost $23k all in.

I had 75 guests plus vendor meals. The catering bill was $6,000 and this was for the bare minimum outdoor bbq.


I think you could do $3,000 budget, you might need to only invite 25 people tho? Get some quotes from caterers in your area and price it out. Good luck!!

You might need to lower guest count or up budget. We were originally at 35 people and just for the winery/Distillery which gave a 3 hour open bar NO food but we could cater ourselves it was $3600.00. I'm not saying 3k can't be done but you'll have to do a lot of DIY. First find a venue that won't be more than $300, $500 the max that leaves you with $2500 for the rest.
