Why do people actually like VistaPrint?

I got my STDs from there and loved them. I ended up only paying $10 for 100 of them which included a picture on them and color on front and back (I used postcards). I am also ordering my invitation from them. I got a living social deal So essential I will be paying $35 shipped for 50 invites with envelopes, 50 response cards with envelopes, 100 place cards and 2 t-shirts. I think this is a great deal considering all of the above will be throw out (the t-shirt is a future mrs. and mother of the bride 2012, so both will only be worn for a few months). For the cost of gas (to buy supplies), time and ink I would not have been able to print my own at home for this cost. I'm using fall colors as my theme and using several colors (burnt orange, mahogany, berry, espresso, etc.) so none of my colors need to match exactly to anything so that could be a difference too.

@Tina, you have to VP is not the blame for misspelled words because you have to verify and certify that you have checked the spelling. They print what you design and type.

Some of VP's stuff is great, some not-so-great.

I ordered my programs from VP and upgraded to linen. I was satisfied with the end product and price. It saved me $$$$

I also like their tote bags, especially if you upload your own photo.

Pens, car magnets, address labels come out pretty good too.

I didn't like their regular business cards and I didn't like their ordering process. I disliked going through all these other suggested products just to place an item in the shopping cart.

MT- you can actually skip that stuff and hit your cart up top. the item is in your cart once you get to the suggestions screen. i discovered that *LOL*

I've had a great experience!

I bought mine and Target and printed them on my own. $40 for 50 and they came out fantastic. Everyone thought I bought them

I'd reccomend to save $$

Jamie, can you not read? I specifically said that I contacted them about this for both of the printings.

and I did receive a refund today so I do give top marks for their customer service at least. I am just not a fan of their quality from anything I've seen in person from them.

I'm sorry your items turned out bad! I only used them for my invites and LOVED them. We used the linen paper and uploaded a picture of one of Shawn's mother's paintings and the invitations I recieved looked like the painting exactly. It was a greaat experience for me.

Well Mrs. Kimberly he didnt do it order over the internet. He called and talked to people who work that barely speak English they did the screw up. He was unable to get a big enough pic of the pamphlets and things he wanted printed on his computer. So NO it was their mistake..

But I will add anyone Ive talked to they are good about replacing the mistakes free of charge.. So at least they have that on their side..

I ordered the STD's that you designed for me through them, they came in a few days ago and I think they look FABULOUS! I thought they looked just like what you made, maybe it's just certain colors they cant match correctly? Also, they mailed my stuff UPS, so I didn't have any problems traking the package or getting when I was supposed to. They sent a tracking link in the order confirmation email so I don't know why some of the ladies had problems getting their stuff on time. If they sent it and included a tracking number, I would be more suspicious of the delivere (maybe USPS was used for those orders - they are horrible)?
