Who else is not having a bachelorette party?

To each their own. It's fine if you are having one or if your FH is having a party. I just dont think it's right for us. If your together there is no reason to celebrate your last night free. But then again, I'm a 23 year old mom of three. FH is 29 years old, and has had his time to "do stupid things". I'm glad I don't have to worry about him, and he doesn't have to worry about me. No party, no clubs, no drinking and NO strippers!

Is any one else NOT having a party?

I'm not! Fiance and I are just enjoying our time before the wedding together...no parties for either of us (we aren't party people)

It will just be us with the kids. Neither of us have many friends. It will be just a night home with the kids, just like any other. I can't drink anyway since I am breastfeeding.

I know some people look at it as your last night to celebrate freedom...but I don't feel like marrying him takes away my freedom.

I am having a bachelorette party with my girlfriends. Just because I really like spending time with them and our schedules are so busy it is hard to make time. This will give us a good reason to make time for each other. Plus, I think it will be fun. Although I don't drink much and there will be no strippers or any of that. My mom will likely be there as well (I like to go dancing with my mom, and my friends do too, no biggie).

I'm not having a bachelorette party. My MOH's are in different states, and I don't expect them to travel to anything else since they are already throwing me a bridal shower and have to travel for the wedding. To be honest, I don't really want a bachelorette party anyways.

I have encouraged FH to have a bachelor party because he NEVER goes out. I told him I was gonna tell his BM (and brother) to throw him one.

I don't think I'll be having a traditional bachelorette party. My bridesmaids are in another country up until right before the wedding. My MOH, my sister, might come visit for a girls weekend, but that's about it.

I asked FH if he was going to have one and he said "hell yeah" so I replied "okay good! I'm having one too." That didn't sit well with him. lol

In reality, I'm not having one. I don't want one. My FSIL mentioned me having one but I really don't have any girlfriends and I'm not into the night life without my man. If she wants to have a spa day, I'm all for it.

None here, also no Shower, or Wedding Party...Just didn't care for it I guess. We've been together a long time.

    No interest, at all.

I'm 36 with 2 kids. Such nonsense isn't my idea of fun LOL

My sister is my MOH and my daughters are my JBs. We can all hang out anytime :-)

FHs bachelor party is the guys (including my dad and brother) going to a baseball game together this summer.

Not really. Me and my gals (just 4 of us) will go for mani peddies on a weekday and the salon agreed that we could cater lunch and bring our own champagne. I think this will be fun and this will be my gifts to my BFFs.

We are having a girls night out and a guys night out. Doing a semi destination wedding, several guests are coming into town a couple nights before the wedding and it will be nice to see friends and family we haven't seen in a while. There wont be strippers or excessive drinking. The girls are doing an ocean kayaking trip and then dinner...no clue what the guys are doing...to each their own, but i think having a little time with the girls is nice with all the stress and commotion going on.

I didn't want to burden the girls with another mandatory party to throw, so I left it up to them, with the disclaimer that if they did throw me one (which would've been awesome), it shouldn't be your typical drunken debauchery (it's just not my thing). As it turned out, they didn't throw me one, though a few of us did get together for a drink after the rehearsal dinner.

Probably won't have one. I don't have a MOH, and not many close friends, so I don't think anyone will throw me one, and I wouldn't want a traditional one anyway. Crowded clubs give me anxiety attacks and I don't want a stripper wiggling his thing in my face. Totally disgusting.

No disrespect to anyone, but I have yet to go to a bachelorette that I found to be tasteful. I told my girls under no circumstance are they to plan a bachelorette party.

Nope me neither, I'm 56 and really don't want any of this, no bridal shower, we have already 2 houses and 2 of everything in between, I'm a second time around bride so bridal shower would of been kinda not right for us then a bachorlette party I'm not one much for drinking or partying, I just want to get through this planning the wedding than enjoy the wedding day of becoming a "Mrs" and then onto the honeymoon where FH and I can relax and enjoy our down time with no every day life things, yea just the two of us without our children...that is the four-legged kind!
