which one are going to wear, veils, headbands or tiara ?

I was told that with a mermaid style dress the best length to go with is fingertip because it stops just where the flare starts and it doesn't cover that part of the dress. It made sens to m e.

I am wearing a birdcage veil with feather clip, like this:

Maybe a headband. maybe a comb(s)

I'm waiting for my hair trial to see what the stylist suggests. Definitely no veil.

I am still not sure either. I tried on a veil and loved it but I will decide when I do the final fitting. I will only be wearing it for the ceremony as I will have a 2nd dress for the reception so part of me thinks it may be just a waste of money.

Purple birdcage veil with a flower at the know. Took off the veil after pictures and just wore the flower for the rest of the afternoon.

I'm doing a birdcage veil too. That's gonna be 1 of my many DIY project's & I'm not sure what I'll accessorize it with yet. I'm considering a tiara for the reception cause I'll be changing into another dress.

I wore a cathedral length veil and then took it off at my reception.

I did a flower in my hair for my wedding.

My daughter did her cathedral length veil for the ceremony and then a comb for the reception.

Wearing a mermaid gown also. I was lucky in that the designer of my dress was present so I could ask his opinions. He recommended for my particular gown to wear a single layer plain long veil (chapel or cathedral length) in a width no wider than 72" so that's what I'm doing. I'm going to add a comb to my up-do so that I still have something in my hair when I take the veil off

I'm wearing a veil it camme finger tip length but i'm going to have it altered for pretty cheap to shorten it... The length is just too much fo rme since i'm petite.

I'm wearing a fingertip veil for the ceremony and was not planning on anything in my hair for the reception.

I was originally going to do a veil that was a bit longer than my shoulder but when I put it on with the dress I didn't like it so I found a jewled up hair comb on etsy, the beading on it matches the beading on my dress too!!

Fingertip veil (only thru first dance) and a clip. this is a tough combo for hair.... will start another post on this for suggestions (hair trial sat!) lol
