Eternity band as in the stones go all the way around?

As a jewelry professional I would warn you against 1 and 2 if you plan to wear the ring daily. Those small stones will get beat to heck. The little prongs are likely to be shorn off within a year.

3 is the only one likely to go the distance but I’d be very careful with daily wear. Get it check 2-3 times a year and if your jeweler offers a repair plan TAKE IT. Eternity bands are famous for their repair needs. My ILs gifted me an eternity wedding band and she has been repaired three times in the 2 years I’ve been married.
