    I guess the budget because I only seriously looked into venues within a general cost. Our budget has never really been set in stone as my parents gave me more of a range than a firm budget. My bridal party was asked a week into the engagement, though!

    We really haven't exactly set a budget. It's more what can we afford to spend and what can we put up for the last second stuff. So the bridal party. Which was easy because we have almost zero friends

    Bridal party first, but in order to cut down on drama itis only my 2 sisters and his 2 sisters. Our budget came after seeing how much everything cost

    Budget was first for sure. You need to have a budget before you can start planning and the bridal party isn't a "top of the list" kind of thing.
