Where to buy used wedding items?

Rita, on October 27, 2015 at 8:45 AM Posted in Planning 0 4

I read the rules for this website and it states that posting for used wedding items are not allowed. It also states that there is another website that had a classified section where those types of items are sold. I went to check out that site and it seems that website isn't very up to date.

There is another wedding website that was very popular. I've visited that sites local board and it doesn't seem that there is a lot of action there either. There used to be a ton of postings from brides selling items after their wedding.

Is there a website that brides are using to sell used wedding items? We are looking for a few specific items as in votives (square and round), chargers, table numbers...

Any help is appreciated.

There is a Facebook group for WW brides buying or selling used items:

There are a lot of wedding resale Facebook groups, namely WW Bride-2-Bride, and many local ones (search for "recycle your wedding nameofstate/city"). Also Craigs List, maybe Tradesy. Save-on-crafts.com sells new but affordable decor.

I use a couple local Facebook groups, I'm sure there's some in your area too. Something like Des Moines Wedding Items Buy/Sell/Trade or Des Moines Wedding Swap
